Writ under 226 inspite of appeal or Revision.

My client stays in the District A about 250 miles from my district B and the Civil case was filed in District C about 120 Km from my district B. The Court in district C gave the judgment and the copy was obtained by me in September 2007.By October 2007 the Court was on holiday and i could not meet my Client for many months as he was mostly out of State on official duty and period of appeal was over by the time I could meet him, which was only a week back.Can I file writ petition under Article 226?

RTI application denied

can the information officer allowed to deny the information under instruction of Head of the Department..

I have denied By the information officer of PIB , Shastri Bhawan , New Delhi under influence of The Head of dept Deepak Sandhu and the assistent Tilak raj, Kuldeep , Naresh and gupta.. when I asked certain question about how and what criteria they are issuing accredation to the Non reporter and also not issuing to the Actual reporters..

Everyone is now awre of all theseculprite but Alas like other cases of currption no proof to pull them for punishment .. the RTI application query put in a siuation of self affermation about the irregularities..

DEAR SIR,

IN BAILABLE OFFENCES IS THE STATION HOUSE OFFICER OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IS BOUND TO TAKE BAIL OR NOT?

IF BOUND AND NOT GRANT BAIL IS THAT AMOUNT TO ILLEGAL DETENTION? AND WHAT LAWFUL PROCEEDINGS CAN WE MAKE AGAINST SUCH OFFICER?

THE UNDERSIGNED WANTS TO KNOW THAT ANY STATION HOUSE OFFICER OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IS BOUND TO REGISTER A F.I.R. IN ANY COGNIZABLE OFFENCE IF COMMITTED AND INFORMED ACCORDINGLY.

IF BOUND AND DOES NOT OBEY THE LAW. IS THAT OFFICER SHALL FACE THE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. IF YES KINDLY EXPLAIN THE LAWS UNDER WHICH THAT OFFICER MAY FACE THE PROCEEDINGS.

RIGHT OF WRIGHTING

A RULE FRAMED ON 14-03-08 BY A NON CONTITUTIONAL COMMITEE STATES THAT NO REPORTER IS ALLOWED TO WRITE IN ANY OTHER NEWSPAPER OTHER THEN THE ONE HE IS WORKING
