sir,
please clear my doubt that, a candidate is having 2 name is the voter list and she has contested the election.
Now can she be disqualifeid and or teh said BMC election held in Feb 2012 be quashed in the said Ward.
if so plz give details of under which act the petition can be filed for her disqualification and also any case laws- or Judgments if any
thsi is urgent.. regards!

Dear sir,
Few day ago , i met accident with scooter (m on car). driver of scooter is seriously injured with leg fracture. SHO giv me bail on section 279 only. But driver of scooter afraid me that he give FIR against me under section 307 and other critical charges(after discharge from hospital).
So Sir please tell me , Is i get anticipatory bail on this case????
And how??

Visiting consultant alone cannot be held liable for negligence - how far the statement is correct? any case law in support of this ?

Sir,
In our Grampanchayat Election, a Sarapanch candidate's death (Heart attack) occurred during the election period i.e one day before election day. Voting could not be held? In this case how & when the election will be held? Will re-nomination take place or the existing candidates will participate? The given symbols will change or not?

Reply can be sent through post to highcourt directly without lawyer?

URCs are private ventures. Fine we all agree as our honorable supreme court has ruled that. What happens then. It makes profits on sale of goods appx 1500 crores from all the private ventures.What about income tax? Is it on permanent tax holiday as well. Should the Income tax be recovered for the past 50 years plus?

In Assam, Teacher's Eligibilty Test advertisement Age bar for OBC candidates was 42 years with 5 years age relaxation for them .So many OBC candidates who are above 38 years (which is max. age for General Category candidates) cleared the exam.Now Govt has made advertisement that OBC candidates below 38 years are only eligible for job.
with these facts can successful candidates have any legal remedy as they are not fit for other Govt job due to their age?Aged candidates are too frustrated and they are unemplyed yet brilliant students.
