Hi,
Want to know, what are the actions available to a buyer, if seller don't want to sell the property, after signing agreement of sale and taking advance amount.
note: agreement of sale, doesn't have the default clause mentioned.

The arbitration award was passed at Worli,Mumbai. In Which court this Arbitration award can be challenged? I mean where the appeal against the arbitration award be filed?

Sir,
My neighbor tenant son and his friend sitting on bike, one is standing, in front of my house on road both are discussing their personal issues/matters daily in the night from 9 o clock to 10 – 11 o clock
Our road is 16 ft. only. New sense is happening to me and I am unable to tolerate.
In these regard I requested both of them to not to stand in my fort of my house for hours of hours and not to discuss anything, and I advised them to sit in there house and discuss the matters.
They are refused and question me who are you to give advice? And do whatever you what to do or go to police station we are least bothered.
In these regard please advise me, what to do and is it I made any wrong

sir in case plaintiff has filed a case against defendant that locker no 341 should not be opened by the defendant that is he filed a injuction suit but aftr 4 days of filing of plaint thye defendant break open the locker now under what law should defendant make a written statement? should he filed a written statement under sec 151 and if yes why? and if no then which sec should he envocke

i have bought 3 arces of land in 2013. The land owner are not giving me land position. they are saying we need to survey the land first and give you the position. they are doing the same thing from Aug 2013 the day i got registered from them. even today they are saying the same thing. (need to do the survey)
q1 how should i get me position as per the sale deed.?
q2.in my sale deed it is very clearly the land sketch of the land is give with the dimension?

Man have a two wife. First wife have a one daughter that daughter have a one son his age is 57 right now. And the second wife have a two sons and three daughter the last daughter age is now 67.now the matter the man buy one land in1944. Who is the right person to get that land

The Flat in which i reside is in my aunties name ie my Father sister. Both of my aunt are no more they use to stay with us only.
Now even my father is no more i am survived with my wife ,son and my mother. I want to change the name in the society which they have refused to do so. One of the member have suggested me to get the Succession Certificate from the high court.
Can anyone guide me as how the process or procedure for this and how much it would cost to do so.

I am presently working in a PSU in Kolkata. Want to take job transfer to my native place (a semi urban area surrounded by rural area). Wife and In laws are opposing. She is not willing to go to my native place with me but will prefer to go to her paternal house ( kolkata or delhi at both location his father has flat). My parents stay at my native place. (I am willing to take transfer to my native place but will not stay with my parents in fear of DV/498a from my wife). I will stay a safe distance away (but not too far away) from my parental house so that in case of emergency I will be available to them.
if I take the transfer, will it be a dv / 498a for my wife ?
What are the precautions should i take ? ( There is enough indication (Threat) she will go for DV / 498a)
we have a daughter (1.5 year). if she says she will stay in delhi/kolkata with her parents for better education and facility for daughter and ask for maintenance. will it be a legally valid demand from her ?
In laws are not reliable. They do not care for anything in this world except their own interest.
I am expecting DV / 498a in future (currently wife is with me). What precaution should I take ?

In a Motor Accident case, the FIR is lodged and court has issued two notices. The opponent doesn't appear n the vehicle not insured. On personal contact, they say police wrongly involved their vehicle. Can any expert guide?

Regarding st certificate

i am actually origin of kerala(kasaragod district).i was resided till 2009 in kerala and i was obtained st certificate(marati cast) in kasaragod dist. in 2002. now for last 5 years i residing in karnataka & i shifted my ration card from my father"s ration card who still residing in kerala.but here in karnataka i wont get st certificate even our cast in ST list. the reason here told that you should get st certificate in your ORIGIN PLACE IN KERALA.when i asked in kasaragod village office they told that u cant get st certificate here ie in kerala because my name is not in ration card. even though i have KERALA VOTERS ID PROOF, so in both state i not getting certificate.SO PLEASE HELP ME
