Around 2007-2008, there was a period when the multinational private Banks like ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank,CITI Bank etc. used to outsource the processing of the loan to their Direct Sales Agents (DSA),in which many cases of the manipulation of the documents ( directly without the Borrowers consent & knowledge), fraud and forgery came in to light. The DSAs appointed by these Banks have the contract with the banks and are not on their regular payroll & also are not their employees. My question is that in case of default are those loans processed by these DSAs for their respective Banks, tenable in the eyes of the Law and are such cases can be entertained in the courts of law including DRTs, as basically the borrowers sought the loans directly from the Banks in which Bank employees are supposed to process and sanction the loans?

Hi,
I'm from Chennai. We stays in our own house for the last 27 years. Due to some personal reason's myself, Mom and Brother came out of that house and staying in some rental house.
I got to know that my Dad is planning to sell our house without our knowledge. Please help me out by answering if it possible for him to sell that home without our signature?
If yes, is it possible to stop selling by filling any case over the property (our home).
NOTE: House is in Dad name, but it doesn't mean that he is the sole owner. The land and ground floor is built with his own money. But first floor and partial second floor was built with my MOM and My salary as we were working that time.
Adding to this, my Mom working as a teacher for the last 24 years soon after marriage and I went job and gave money to built first floor before my marriage.
Pls help me out on this.

I am an executor of my father's estate a registered will which is getting probated in kolkata high court since April 2015. My elder brother is contesting the will however till date he could not submitted any document which can prove the will is fake. Already four hearing has happened and he is killing time by filing caviats and affidavits after the cut off dates with foollsh excuses about his lawyers problems etc. He is reluctant to give away with 50% of the land and business property share to me and my twin sister. He has been given 50% of the share by my father in the will. Both the witness are ready to appear and I also have with me an FIR report of my father against my brother for compelling him to give him 100% of the share along with a revocation of POA from my brother sand new POA to me and a case against him by father for the dissolution of partnership firm wherein the partnership firm was not registered. I feel my solicitor is wasting time. Isint these documents and witnesses enough to get the probate. My mother, sister and the witnesses has also given consent to the probate. How much time should it take now to get the grant. My laweyr is saying it will take a lot of time and would be a huge expenditure. The will is a genuine registered will and my father registered it in jan 2013 and it was presented to my brother by my father through my mother right after that then why should we be penalised for the same. What is the maximum limit of caviats and affidavits and the grant of probate in case of registered wills.Kindly guide me at the earliest. Thanking You. Sujoy Ghosh

Defamation if wrong comments on facebook
One of the collegue asked information under RTI Act. The RTI was asked by name and thus there was no 'public interest' and after that passed on to (1) local newspapers who published the news by name and (2) posted the reply of RTI on his facebook account with defamatory remarks. Can I file a defamation suit against (1) the news paper and (2) RTI Activist. If yes, what will be the procedure, relavant act, section etc. If relevant judgment is available, then please give the citations and/or links of the same.
