Asking wife to return jewelry items during reconcilation after false dvc

wife had filed false dvc, mc. she is going through trail. recently parents of wife were asking for reconciliation in presence of elders. my parents are prepared to ask for return of jewelry we kept for her marriage and her b'day we are prepared to return the jewelry which is held with me which was given her parents.
can we ask the above said matter or will there be any legal issues if we ask

First of all, your question is quite vague. If the parents of wife are asking for reconciliation, why not do that?

Moreover, why do you link return of her jewellary with her birthday, if she desires to get?

Whether you should ask any particular thing or not depends upon various factors which your lawyer know better than us because he is having the papers of your case.

Conciliation in matrimonial disputes is always a better option.

Expecting reply from experts without disclosing complete facts is nothing but their torture in the hands of authors and some experts really become scapegoats when they start replying on assumptions and presumptions.

Those experts would be feeling pleasure to be tortured by or becoming tools of the authors of the queries.

Jewelry is her stridhan, she has right on it.

Try to have amicable settlement with the help of elders as suggested by other party.
