Hello all,My grand fathers grand father buy a land from Muslims .He buit a small dargah in that land on those days.From his entire land he has given 17acres of land to a Muslim family as inaam and asked them to maintain dargah.After some years the entire family shifted to Hyderabad .
From 1950 revenue records shows that total 17 acres land is in the name of saheb Hussain who belongs to same Muslim family who accepted from my grandfather.Till now the same records continuing.Now the property is under walkf board .
Here my question
1 Now our family is maintaining dargah .
2 Every one from Muslim family had passed away recently his grand son also passed away
3 No one is cultivating that land
4 Here my question is is our family has any chance of recovering that 17acres from walkf board
For this I require nizam revenue record.please any one sujjest me where do I get nizam records in Hyderabad.
Our family is ready to make a petition in lower court how much chance does our family have to occupy that property

my son is a nominee in my chs in navi mumbai. i applied for a heirship certificate from the court which has been granted. my son will now be taken as a joint owner in place of my wife who was a joint owner with me and died in 2012. my society is demanding 25000/- to take my son as a joint owner. my question is, this is not a case of transfer but is a case of transmission. do i still have to pay 25k as demanded ? is there a rule in mcs act ? pls advise.

I AM RESIDING IN A 30 MONTHS OLD APARTMENT AFTER REGISTERING A SALE DEED. INITIALLY THERE WERE SOME ISSUES REGARDING DRINKING WATER, ELECTRCITY, ELEVATORS, SWEEPER, WATCHMAN SERVICES WHICH WERE NOT PROVIDED BY THE BUILDER. IN THIS CONNECCTION I HAD REGD A POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE BUILDER APOINTED WATCHMAN 2 YRS AGO. A YEAR AGO OC HAS BEEN OBTAINED N THE SOCY HS BEEN HANDED OVER TO THE RESIDENTS. THE SOCY IS NOT ISSUING A RECPT FOR MAINTENANCE PAID TO THEM ON THE ADVICE OF THE BUILDER, THAT I HAVE NOT TAKEN A LEGAL POSSESSION OF THE FLAT. HE IS DEFAMING ME AND THE SOCIETY IS DEMANDING A POSESSION LETTER, WHICH THE BLDER HAD NOT ISSUED ME ON THE REASON THAT OC WAS NOT ISSUED WHEN HE HANDED OVER THE POSSESSION TO ME.
FOR THE LAST TWO YRS I M PURCHASING MINERAL WATER, N USING THE STAIRCASE FOR THE DAILY USE. I M A HANDICAP PERSON, THE DOCTOR HAD ADVISED ME AGAINST THE USING OF STAIRCASE. BUT FOR MORE THAN 18 MONTHS I HAD TO USE THE STAIRCASE BCOZ THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT INSTALLED. THIS HAS DETERIOTED MY JOINT MOVEMENTS N ELEVATED MY KNEES[OSTEARTHRITIES].
MOREOVER THE BALCONY IS LEAKING FOM THE TOP FLOOR. ALL ELECTIRICAL FITTINGS ARE CRUMBLING, THE ELECTRICAL FIXTURES ARE GIVING ELECTRICAL SHOCK WHEN WE USE HOME APPLIANCES. THE BATHROOM TOILET, FLOORS AND TERRACES JOINTS AND CRACKS ARE NOT FILLED UP AND ALL CONCRETE MATERIAL IS LYING ON THE TERRACE WHICH IS HURTING OUR FEET.
PLS ADVICE WHAT ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST THE BUILDER AND THE SOCIETY FOR NOT ISSUING A RECPT FOR THE MAINTENANCE PAID N THE BUILDER DEFAMING ME THAT I HAVE NOT TAKEN A LEGAL POSSESSION.

This mallikarjuna from ST community from Karnataka, I would like purchase land from SC community, this has been cancelled inam and transfered with govt fee to land owner under act KCIA 1977 sec.4(lI) in the year of 1999,
Pl suggest shall I purchase details of aforementioned land, if purchase any leagal problems

Dear sir,
Our building is 7 storied. Builder has made refugee area on 1st floor and 5th floor for fire fighting in case of emergency. One member occupied the refugee area and connect to his apartment. Occupief Member is saying, nowhere builder keep refugee area on 1st floor. Go and find out all in world.

Wife filed false dvc in 2015 she submitted fabricated injuries photos and forged doctor's writting and signature. We filed a case on wife regarding this false evidence and perjury we filed this in court during lawyers skrite in our state. We havent got any date regarding this so far. When we asked about this our counsel has not given any clarification. How can we know the status of this case? If not admitted what should i do

A civil case witnesses and arguements over the judge reserve his judgement without goving judgement from since fromfeb 19 th 2016 for till now and what can i have to do for disputed property for atleast temporary enjoyment with the disputed persons. ??? We are struggled a lot without even shelter for my family now since from 4 yrs after filing the suit in seniour civil judge court. Can i go to highcourt for temporary enjoyment. Pl give me your valuable advises here hounourable lawyers ji.
