Procedture of rejecting the appeal

I have filed my divorce case in civil district court of Baroda. i represent myself as party & person. On 3rd March I applied for stay order against telecom companies not to destroy mobile, landline & internet data, not as part of my case but seperately. Registrar of the court stamped on the documents and sent me to civil judge. Civil judge rejected my appeal and asked me to apply for stay order as a part of my divorce case. I told him my wife's lawyer may delay the case by one or two months and the data will be destroyed. but he did not approve and gave me back my papers without signing or making any written comments. i went back to registrar and he removed his signature from my case papers and returned me my documents. My question is is this procedtur of rejecting the appeal as per rules? Suppose I want to appeal against the decision then how can i prove that I have applied to civil court? Also can't I get stay order seperately? What is the procedture to apply for stay order within my divorce caes and how can I get stay order in my divorce caes within two months? What is the procedture to get stay order not as a part of my divorce caes?

Right to Information Act 2005

The term "officer" has been used inter alia in sections 5(2), 5(4), 5(5), 8(1)(i), 13(6), 16(6) and 25(3)(d)of the Right to Information Act 2005, but has not been defined anywhere therein. In the absence of any such definition, what criteria are legally permissible to deploy to determine whether an employee of a public authority, as defined in the Act, is to be treated as an "officer" or as an ordinary employee? Is there any provision of another law that may be validly resorted to for making a distinction between 'officers' and other employees?

Vakil Notice

Sir,
Please clarify me. A sale deed was registered instead of Mortgage deed.45 days after vakil notice was issued that you obtained the sale deed instead of mortgage deed applying nonest factum.the buyer approached my lawyer without replying to the notice. and The lawyer influenced me (am a women) to sign an agreement that the deed is sale deed and I will not go to court and I can stay in the house for another 15 days. And the buyer need reply to the notice.
Here my question is:
1 Can I go to court?
2.Can I calim non est factum eventhough the agreement is there?
3.Whther the sale deed is void or voidable if nonest factum is applied?
4.Whether after issuance of the vakil notice ,without the leave of the court, the compromise agreement is valid. If so in what law whther inCPC or what law?
5,Whether void contract can be ratified, what is the authority
I request to clarify me sir
