i have 14 acers land and 1 house property.Both are ancestral properties.
i have 4 sons & 3 married dauthers
now i am 78 yrs old and i want to execute a will. but my 2 dauther relinquished their share.
so how i can distribute all my property among my 1 dauther & 4 sons?
can i exclude my dauther? how?

That my client had purchased the plot on 7/12/2009 through registered sale deed but 2 months before purchasing one strange person encroached oved the plot.
I served the notice to that person for vacate the plot and he denied in his reply notice.
what suit shall I have to file against him for evicting him.
pls provide me suit title and how the court fees be calculated for that suit (Maharashtra State)

Can a sale deed duly registered with considerationed revoked if the the payment is not made and the payment is shown in cash sale deed.
if by some means the document is registered andknowing that a fraud is done, which cannot be proved in the court of law. what to do.

Dear Sir/Madam...
I have purchased two wheeler on november 1st 2009 from one of my friends....before transferring registration of vehicle on my name, vehicle is stolen on nov 18th 2009....now insurance company is saying i cant claim insurance since i have no interest in vehicle and also says even my friend cant claim since he has already sold vehicle to me...is there a way to claim insurance or should i meet a lawyer and file a case against insurance company....please advice.

consent of parties on an agreement
1.state govt enters into an agreement with private managements of professional colleges regarding various fees etc and the agreement is not published.i.ie only the govt and the management is having a copy of the said agreement.
2. There is a published document/instructions by the govt,wherein the guidelines regarding levying of penalties for discontinuing of studies from such instituitions are stated clearly and they are absolutely contradictory to the one mentioned in the "agreement" as in 1 above.
Now from the legal/student angle, which is legally enforeceable,since the management has not obtained the consent of the student for implementing the terms of the "agreement" by taking his signature?
