Can a sale deed duly registered with considerationed revoked if the the payment is not made and the payment is shown in cash sale deed.
if by some means the document is registered andknowing that a fraud is done, which cannot be proved in the court of law. what to do.

In such a situation it is difficult to prove especially when the deed states that the entire consideration was received in cash. Apart from civil suit, criminal proceedings under s.420 should be pursued in order to prove cheating.

The Sale deed can be canclled if the allegations of , Fraud and no consideration, are proved in a civil suit .

In the quarry, you have mentioned that it cannot be proved in court then what to do?

Nothing except reminding the buyer about the power of God and his morality and to arrange local Panchayat etc.

1. Certainly it can be challenged, provided your subscribed witnesses in the Sale Deed are supporting your stand for non-payment of sale consideration before the Sale Deed was registered - They should say that it was an oral understanding that the buyer would pay the amount to the vendor afterwards.
2. Legally, you may also demand the Accounts of the buyer and prove the non-payment of sale amount.
The above are only possibilities by legal means, rest is your luck!

Definitely it can be challenged and it can be proved fraud by various tactics.... show me the sale deed etc and other papers, I deal specially in civil laws and seeing various kinds of fraud etc... yes it is right that it is difficult to prove, but I deal only in those cases which are beyond reasonable suspicion...i HAVE TO GO WITH THE WORDINGS AND THEIR ARRANGEMENTS ETC. IN THE GPA AND OTHER DOCUMENTS.
