Dear Sir / Madam
I have filed a case in city civil court bangalore to vacate the shop premises in 2007.
Now the judgement has come.
Judgement is :- Opponent has to vacate the shop within 3 months and he has to pay the rent arrears within 3 months.
MY Question is -
1> How to collect the arrears of rent?
2> What if the opponent has paid the rent within 3 months?
3> How does the court will help me out in this regard?
4> What is the procedure to vacate the shop?
5> How does the court will help me out to vacate the shop
6> What are the steps i have to take now?
Please explain me in details

i want to purchase land belongs to SC ST community , this land was granted to them on that reservation quota, now this land situated in uttarkannada district , karnataka state,
now question iswhere should i take the permission to buy that land,

Some claims that other sons can challenge the settlement under THE HINDU CORAMANDAL LAW.

Sir/Madam,
Mr. A (Resident of Karnataka State) wants to execute GPA in favour of B, (Resident of Karnataka State) for sale of his immovable property. Now the question is whether A has to pay registration fee of market value (6.72 as per registration act) of the property for executing his GPA in favour of B? If it is so, may I know the provision of law? Is there any decisions? Kindly enlighten me in this regard.

since i am filiing a partition suit please guide me as to what would be the court fees for filling a partition suit in uttar pradesh ? also wanted to know will i have to give a court fees according to the total current value of the property, or 1/4th share.? kindly guide me....

I had a Credit Card which I had stopped making payment in April 2007 due to some wrong charges by the bank...I want to know that as of today can bank claim their money or I can have the benefit of the limitation Act in my Favor, as it has already been more than 3 years they have not contacted me.

dear expert and esteemed sir/madam,
i am suffering from false dowery case u/s 498a and allied sections along with a domestic voilence act with a demand of rs. 10000/- pm and along with numerous false allegations and false documental evidence i.e. false list of stridhan, false marrige card etc.
i have few questions as per following provisions.
where a judge could not follow the procedute laid down in act like d.v. act sect 12 is provided with before any order court look into the domestic incidence report but not called for the same and granted interim relief even without considering the conciliation application and further rejected the conciliation application by us.
further another question is that as per crpc 349 a court can ask any withness to produce material evidence but the court yet did not ordered for the same.
further while reading crpc sec. 340 has given tremendous power to visit the place of crime to invistigate the truth but the court still not followled the same.
my quries are -
whether a cout fails into the natural jsutice operation of law can be sued for damages and the time value of life into the such wrong doing in natual justice
where the court can take all the necessary steps to find out the truth and punish the criminals but is not willing to apply the process of law but ultimately to find out the truth.
my another query is that how may people of judiciary systems can be suied if answer is yes to sue court judge for his civil wrongs in the process of natural justice in out great country India?
my another question is under which law it is possible if yes is it LAW OF TORT?
