sir, i wanna know what is d process of arbitration for vehicle finance as i am working with mahindra finance. please explain
a execution for the eviction of a shop is pending before the rent controller. the learned lower court had passed the eviction order in favour of landlord which is remained as such upto Hon'ble Supreme Court. In that execution the baliff has filed the report that this shop can not be evicted as the shop is not correctly described the sides and dimenssion of shops are not use ful to identify the shop in question. the tanent had taken the plea that the shop is not correctly described. Now at the stage if we amend the decree the decree can not be ammended beyond the pleadings. this is not technical or typographical mistake. what should we do?

Hi am fro Delhi and this property is in Kerala where my parents live. Father ex-army and mother house wife.
We have gained an temporary injuction order from the Munsif Court, against our neigbours ( 7 neigbours) for not tress passing our property till any further order from the court. The Court had sent the summons to all the seven and they have duly accepted the same. After accepting the summons also, they have tress passed our property many times. Since my ailing parents have no one to support there locally, I went there on February 1st week and lodged a complaint against these neigbours. The police told them to come to the police station and in front of us they told them that this is a court order and you have to follow the same. After signing the statement they left the station and again they started tress passing. I complained several times over phone and personally, there was no response from the police station as they bribed them. I want to raise a wall to stop these tresspassing, but they are not allowing. Police doesnt comes when we call for help. They always advise us to comprise. My lawyer says to raise the wall which i cant do without the support of Police.
my doubts are
1. can i prosecute the neighbours for tresspassing the property.
2. How can i prove it in the court that they have tresspassed.
3. where i have to complain for the non action of police.
4. i beleive that i can raise the wall legally as the court itself says not to enter my land. is that so?

Sir/s,
I grew up using my father's surname but after I was married (court) I started using my husband's name SOMETIMES without legally changing it. So inspite of having no change of name documents, my name was registered under the married name in my husband's office (Central Govt), my 3 children's Birth Certificates and one bank a/c.
My husband passed away in Nov 2009 and I started receiving pension under the same married name. But I reverted back to using my maiden name once again without doing any name change. My Matriculation Cert, SBI Bank A/c, PAN card, Postal ID and lease agreement of my house is in my maiden name.
My question is, Can I apply for passport. If so, under which name. Will it be a problem for applying for children's passport? Do I have to legally change my name?
Thank you.
