I had taken leave without permission and I was removed from service . Later after conducting disciplinary proceedings I was reinstated on 2006. No the department is not allowing me for promotion? Is they have the right to curtail my right to promotion due to my past disciplinary action ?

My husband died two yeras back. I am his second wife while his first wife ran away.For getting pension I need to show legal heir certificate .How can I claim legal heir certificate as second wife ?

Dear Experts, I am a retired Mumbai based person and want to file Execution Application / Petition which I am told I can make on my own as per format provided by the experts in this forum. I have completed the format for your further guidance to correct the text as I can't afford the fancy amount asked by local advocate who had obtained a Consent Term Order charging a hefty fee. Last saturday night my friend while he was goin home from work on his motor bike he met with an accident. He got a fractured leg.He has ESI coverage.His treatment was done in a private hospital which has ESI approval
So I want to know whether it is possible to get claim from ESI and Motor Vehicle insurance for the treatment.

I have got interim stay from Madras High Court in the EP case against me pending my condonation of delay petition in the main exparte orders being heard and delay condoned
for filing appeal against the exparte orders.
Now that on 14-2-2011 my my condonation petition got dismissed , What urgent steps should I take to prevent the Other party from taking steps to vacate the stay ?and execute the EP?

Dear Experts please answer my query
A widow executed a conditional sale to 'x',that if she did not repay the amount 1 lak in 5 years the sale will become abosulute. She dies intestate after 4 years without repaying.
the property being inherited from her husband and she has no class 1 heirs,
can her husband brother claim the property and can he repay or the sale made was abosulute on her death?
