I would like to draw the attn of the experts in this regard that combind layout is formed for survey x,y,z ( combind layout means amalgamation of all survey Numbers into a single unit) if all the survey Numbers is amalgamated into the unit there cannot be a demarcation of the amalgamated survey numbers I have heared that there is a judgement regarding the therecannot a demarcation of the survey for a combined layout

Dear Sir,
Kindly tell me attached application for asking information under RTI Act 2005 i.e. 11_myrti.txt is ok or not.If not please tell what updation is required.Kindly chedck the question i asked under RTI act 2005.
The issue is my few results are pending since a year, i would like take to true idea about declaration of
these results, as they are not providing same verbally, just a procrastination attitude.This is all when 2 academics year has been wasted additional to required normal duration of degree course.
I am not getting any concrete reply.Complete future and career is in great danger.
What improvement I should do? What should I improve and How should I fine tune ? Kindly elaborate little more as I am not a law person.Even I have drop emails to Chief Minister and Cabinet Minister till yet involving many higher authorities but no action.
As the results in their hand, I have fear that they can damage results knowingly.That's why I cant ask very specifically ? I mean from the application they should not be able to identify me.I will drop this application with the help of someone else.

Government of Maharashtra had issued a notification on 1/1/1993 mandating a minimum of 60% of owners in a Building to join in a proposal for registering a Co-operative Housing Society. A recent newspaper report says the Bombay High Court has upheld a Writ Petition seeking to quash the notification as being ultra vires the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, which requires only a minimum of 10 members to join in a proposal for forming a Co-operative Society. Can anybody give the citation of the Bombay High Court judgement?

in a civil suit, if defendant did not appear and his presence is required for the purpose of proper decision of the suit, can the court use coercive mathod to procure his presence

i have heared that there is a judgment but I do not know whether it is madras high high court or apex court or any other highcourt if somebody throws a light that if there is a combined layout demarcation does not arise
if somebody gives me the judgement I would be greatful them

There is an arbitration clause in the family agreement that we have signed in 2007 but due to large scale fraud that has come to my knowledge subsequently two brothers are not comming forward for arbitration and I am told by the experts in this forum that arbitration can not be forced. Things are there fore at stand still and I have suffered max. due to this. Pl. advice if I should go for arbitration in court or straight way file a criminal case against persons involved. Regards,

Respected Experts,
Plz. Give me a suggestion for the below problem.
“A” has paid Rs.20 Lakhs as advance to the land owners for purchasing lands and executed an un-registered Agreement of Sale. Since the land owners have failed to register a Sale Deed, “A” has filed a suit for specific performance, which is pending.
While the suit is pending, “B” agreed to purchase the above lands and that he paid balance sale consideration to the land owners and got it registered an Agreement of Sale cum GPA in his favour alone. “B” has paid Rs.10 Lakhs to “A” at the time of registration of the above said deed and promised to pay the balance of Rs.10 lakhs at the time of sale of the said lands.
Now “B” has sold the above said land to “C”. “C” also knows that “B” has to pay balance amount of Rs.10Lakhs to “A” and that “C” has orally agreed to pay the said amount to “A” at the time of registration of the sale deed.” A” also signed as a witness to the document of Agreement of Sale of “C”. But neither “B” nor “C” has paid the balance amount to “A”. Due to non receipt of the said balance amount, “A” has not withdrawn the above case. The same fact also knows to “C”.
In this situation, what “A” has to do to recover his Rs.10 Lakhs from “B” and “C”.

Learned Ladies and Gentlemen,
1.I had filed a civil title suit for declaration etc. against a corporate at a trial court of a certain 3rd civil judge, junior division. The defendants have not filed WS during past more than 4 years even after I filed my affidavit-in-chief. I understand I'm entitled to AN EX-PARTE DECREE IN my favor. Which Supreme court observations and/or provisions of statutes and Code of Civil Procedure are relevantly applicable and/or citable to support my prayer for an ex-parte order?
2. Can I ask for costs? If yes, can the amount be SPECIFIED ?
