The applicant met with an accident at the age 26 and his right leg shortened after operation. Remained in hospital now and then for the following 3 years. Driver by profession and got the cert. from some transporter who could come and testify the cert. The applicant living in Mumbai and holder of heavy truck driving licence carrying truckloads to and from far-fetched destinations. As per SC verdict and schedule his income although submited as 10,000 pm would be considered as Rs. 3,000/-pm only. My claim is far greater. Is there any citation which can help me getting more compensation to my client?

I am a house wife and intend to take on board for a temporary period of 11 months two females on homestay facility basis. To secure my self from any litigation I had apprached a lawyer and he asked me just to obtain a notarised affidavit from the interseted party and has suggested attached draft. I now seek advice of experts for the said draft and thank them in advance for helping me to arrive at a conclusion.

A woman aged 55years of age , house wife,widow, 4 dependants .She lost her eyes in a fatal accident .How much compensation she can get from insurance company. Erom session court she get only 32000 including 7percent rate of interest .Kindly suggest how much compensation she can get through high court. And kindlx give some authorgties.Please please

My father in law was a retire central govt employee getting family pension.My father in law and my mother in law , both of them met with an road accident and died on the spot on 27.01.2009.My wife is the only legal heir for them. The case is under trial.Since both of them died simultaneously, it is not known that how the income of will be arrived for my mother in law case.Whether the 50% of my father in law pension amount will be considered as my mother in law income or only notional in come will be considered.Kindly give legal guidance to arrive the income for my mother in law

I want to file a civil suit against branch manager of SBI bank. Does I need to send notice him under sec.80 of CPC? If yes then to whome should I address either branch manager in which I have account or head office or regional office?
