hi , i do have a query here regarding succession certificate . I do have my residence in Lucknow city . My parents have passed away and i have no sibling , thus one and only legal heir of the all property . I want to know the procedure of applying for succession certificate(someone told me that court takes 3% of total cost of house as fees). I have already registered my name in Nagar Nigam for the purpose of house tax(will this only suffice if in future i want to dispose my house ? ).

I take a bank loan from bank in way of---
-- Term Loan,
-- Cash credit Limit..
When i take Bank Statement from bank they gave two separate bank statements i.e. one of term loan account statement and other is cash credit limit statement. So is they are two separate account?
Further there is a provision under Sarfeasi Act that if a client does not pay 20 % of loan amount then applicability of serfaci act is apply to him.
So how the calculation of under sarfaci act made..
Is 20 % is calculated on term loan & CC Limit separately or Jointly?
Respected Experts,
Plz. give me your suggestion.
Wife and husband are having joint account in a Bank. Any one can sign on the Cheque. Wife has given some amount by way of Cheque to "X" as hand loan. When "X" committed default in repaying the said amount, husband had given a legal notice for demanding the said payment and later filed a recovery suit against him.
My doubt is, here husband has given the legal notice and filed the recovery suit, as in the capacity of Plaintiff. Wife has not shown as co-plaintiff in the said suit.
(1) Is it necessary to show the wife, who signed the Cheque, as a co-plaintiff?
(2) Is there any possibility to raise an objection by the defendant, that the suit is not maintainable for non joinder of necessary party?

Can i take the benefit of the application filed by my father under G.O. to avail the scheme of "Conversion of Lease Land into Free Hold"...?
I am holding the will on the total property, where in my absence my father intentionally or deliberately whatsoever the reasons he has filled an application for "Conversion of Lease Land into Free Hold" at concerned authority office to take the benefit, but he fails to complete the process as there is some court dispute among the legal heirs on the said property...
Now the said case is disposed for non prosecution as both the parties are not attending...
I'm not the party of the said court case, so i have been guided by my advocate that it wont bound on me, as i am not the party for the said case...
When i have approached the said authority to process my request for "Conversion of Lease Land into Free Hold", the concerned officer asked me to submit an application stating the reasons and related documents for the same...
Therefore i would request the experts to suggest me, what are the possible in my case and what are the steps to be taken to take it further...?
Awaiting for your early reply...
