Urgent help-----Who can be a attesting witness?

Experts,

A will has been duly attested as a witness by the clerk or the dealing hand of the sub registrar's office while he was on duty and registered before the Sub registrar.

Now whether a clerk or dealing employee of the Sub registrar's office can be attesting witness to a will while he is on duty?

Whether his attestation is valid or it creates enough doubt to challenge the will under suspicious circumstances?

Please advise need urgent help!

fathers property

I myself and my young married has dipute on our property.Instead of going to court,Her husband and her inlaws wants both of us to solve this dispute by mutual talks and on "one to one" basis in family meeting with all of them present.

I am ready for it but my sister doesn't herself want to talk. She wants her advocate to talk for her.I refuse because I don't want any person ,outside of our both families,to talk in this matter.

What should I do ? What will be experts advice please.

Is Court Auction final?

Hi,
Is the court auction final?
In our case , court also issued sale certificate and possession.

If court auction can be reviewed then it is like buying a disputed property. How can anybody participate in court auction, if this can be reviewed potetially? How can the recovery cases be solved by the courts?
Thanks in advance

Jurisdiction

Pl. advise on the jurisdiction for filing of civil suit. The case facts are as below:
- Marriage and registration happened in Delhi
- The husband is working in Mumbai and got married secretly with other women.
- The wife belongs to Calcutta and is working outside India for last few years. She wants to initiate legal action against husband by filing civil/criminal suit.

Can the case be filed in Calcutta where she originally belongs to? Which jurisdcition will be valid and accepted by court for filing the above case?

The case has been filed in calcutta and has been challenged on jurisdiction.
