right in immovable property of mother

a house is titled in the name of mother, and she wishes to transfer this property to her 2 younger sons, though she has 2 elder sons, is it valid transfer if she did so,

or other sons also has an implied right in her property please clarify my doubt ?

Yes. It is a valid transfer if she did so.

A WOMAN HAS A RIGHT TO TRANSFER HER PROPRETY AS IT IS HER SELF ACQUIRED PROPRETY. THUS SHE CAN DO SO.
