fathers property

(Querist) 20 July 2011 This query is : Resolved
I myself and my young married has dipute on our property.Instead of going to court,Her husband and her inlaws wants both of us to solve this dispute by mutual talks and on "one to one" basis in family meeting with all of them present.

I am ready for it but my sister doesn't herself want to talk. She wants her advocate to talk for her.I refuse because I don't want any person ,outside of our both families,to talk in this matter.

What should I do ? What will be experts advice please.

if she filed a case, you settlement with advocate, because she is not wish to talk directly

What happens even if the advocate is present. You claim your legitimate share. If they do not agree then the solution is there in the court. Do'nt be afraid since there is an advocate on the side of your sister. Any compromise can be only on mutual consent. If the terms are not agreeable, then there are courts to solve the problem according to law.

On this matter the case is not filed yet,and my sister'in-laws and her husband doesn't want her to go to court.
Even she is not ready to file a case, but insist that ,I should talk to her advocate only and to her directly.
As the matter is not in the court, can I legaly refuse to talk to her advocate?
If herself, she is not willing to talk, then let anybody from her family talk.I am ready for that also.Is my stand right?

This is the matter of your own family understanding.

If you want to settle the matter you should talk to anybody whether he is an advocate or your own sister or any one else. If she is insisting to talk to her advocate then you should talk to her advocate there is no harm. The matter will be decide by the consent of both the parties not only by the wish of the advocate.

I read all the three experts replies and ,I am satisfied,in a way that, unless I agree with the settlement the matter will not be resolved.May it be anybody sits and talks from opposit side.

I feel relived now.If the matter is not solved, let it go to the court of law.I am ready for this option also.

Thank you,all of you sir.
