1. What will be the impact of illegal orders by lower, middle and to courts?
2. Will the perpetrators saved by illegal orders in their favor get emboldened to continue & relish more illegal acts?
3. Would not such illegal acts amount to betraying fundamental and constitutional rights of the victim?
4. Would not such illegal acts stimulate, encourage more illegal acts and new entrants to perform illegal acts?
5. Do such illegal orders by courts amount to corrupt practices?

Hello sir,
The person 'A' was ready to sold his land to 'B', Where 'B' paid him token amount also but before the sale deed 'A' sold his land to 'C'. Now 'B' filed a case against 'A' & 'C'. When the matter was in lower court 'C ' sold that land to 'D'. now the stay was given by lower court on that land. whether 'C' has right to appeal by saying he has right under sec52 of Transfer of property Act 1882. as 'C' sold his land all rights and interest are over. so does he has any right to make an Appeal in High court.
Kindly guide me.
Regards

Wife quoted the husband's passport number in her DV petition and falsely stated that her husband is having US H1 visa and requested the court not allowing his husband to go abroad. The metropolitan court without any second thought or without enquiring anything directed the Airport authorities not to allow the husband to go out of india whose passport number is XXXXXXXX.
Now my friend-cum-relative (i.e., the husband) is getting chances to work in Singapore and UK for short terms say 3-5 months on behalf of his Software consultancy company for a project work.
Could you please advise how to proceed legally in this regard to go abroad for 3-5 months and come back after his project work?
Thanking You.

One of the central govt department had acquired the land from pvt party through land acquisition. The party had gone to lower court got verdict for more compensation. The central Govt had deposited the amount to lower court. however the party had appeal to high court and got the verdict. The high court too confirmed the lower court verdict. But it too more than seven years. Now my doubt is who will pay the interest for the money already deposited in lower court.Whether the party has right to ask the interest from central govt.

I am a tenant for a commercial shop in a posh locality since nine month with a monthly rent of Rs.thirty thousand inclusive of maintenance and an advance of Rs.three lakh with an eleven month agreement as usual unregistered. The landlord name in the agreement is Mr.Naniah and the rent is being credited directly to his account in SBI. Yesterday the association of the shopping complex gave me the tax receipt in which the owner is read as Mrs.Archana, when i contacted the owner as per the agreement, Mr.Naniah, he replied that she is his daughter and evaded my question of on what authority he is collecting the rent. After an enquiry i was given to understand that there is some misunderstanding between the father and the daughter. Can you please guide me whether i have to issue notice and stop paying rent to him and choose to deposit the rent in the court. Please guide me what legal steps i have to initiate so that i cannot be put into hurdle in future?
I want to know that if a child of a person (who is court Marshaled from army)is eligible for all type of govt jobs or not. And Which types banned are faced by the person and his family.
