Mental harassment by managing committee

Dear Sir/Madam,

Our Managing Committee refuses to take cognizanse of letter/complaints/grievances of defaulter under some section of cooperative laws/GN.Are they right? If yes then under what sections of law? I have heard that such a GN was was repealed?

Your Society is legally bound to accept any communication,Addressed to Soc, any Letter from it's members, or from any other person.

Send a Letter by Regd Post A.D, addressed cat correct address, and mention there that you earlier refused to accept it when tendered by hand, so sending by Speed post/ regd ad.

They are bound to accept all communications sent by member. If society refuses to accept letters send it by spped post or regd post

If they are not receiving you representations then send the same by speed/or/registered post to create proof for future course of actions.

Sir,

In case, despite receiving your complaints they don't take any action. You can complain to Registrar of Societies.
