Eviction of tenant

dear experts, my client was a tenant in a premises and a rent agreement was registered for two years. after expiry of the agreement the landlord insisted on increasing the rent @ 20% which, the tenant refused. the landlord refused to increase the tenancy period. but the tenant paid rent through cheaques for next two months. after the landlord stopped receiving rent through cheque, the rent was sent through money order which was also refused. then the landlord filed a suit for recovery of possession and the orders were in favour of the landlord. sir, my question is whether without giving any prior notice for termination of tenancy, is that order valid and good in law. the judge has given reference of a SC judgemnet- M/S Nopany Investments(P) Ltd. Vs. Santokh Singh (HUF)(supra), wherein it was held that "filing of an eviction suit under the general law itself is a notice to quit on tenant". kindly advise further remedy availabe. thanks and regards.

Property

Dear sir/madam

kindly advice on the issue forwarded.

My Name is Rajan dua from DELHI .

MY question is that my Father had applied for 90 Square meters Plot in DDA under Rohini Resdiential Scheme in 1979.........As My Father applied in general category and are still in the waiting List..........

1. My Father Died in 2004 and we are wanting the mutuation for this applied flat to be changed into my Mother's Name..Now the issue is, My Father purchased a different DDA flat in malviya nagar in Delhi on GPA ( GPA is on MY mother”s name)..I mean this flat in malviya nagar was not alloted to us by DDA....It was purchased by my father from the person to whom this malviya nagar flat was alloted by DDA...........

Now we have come to know that if you already have one DDA flat then you cannot have another DDA flat .......here we are confused because there are some people who says
1)DDA Clause states that we cannot apply . If one has a flat in delhi
2) there are others who says since malviya nagar flat was purchased not alloted, hence we can get the mutation of residential scheme 1979 done in our mother's name......

i would appreciate, if you could advise us does DDA has any such clause or not and if any area specific clause or what............Or main concern is to get the mutation done for 90 Sqaure meter plot applied by our father in 1979 Rohini Residential scheme to be done in our Mothers Name........... Please advise us and also since we have been waiting for this plot for the last 25 YEARS now , how can we get this plot sooner.......

Thanking you for your kind support & co-operation in advance.....

Look forward to hear from this soon...

Judge gave a biased decision

I as a lawyer am working in a district court.
I had filed a suit for partition as told by my client and the judge passed an interim stay order maintaining status quo on suit land.
After three hearings the judge asked to argue the case so that the stay can be made absolute.
I argued before the judge for about one hour and should relevant high court judgements which the judge appreciated and told me the stay order will be made absolute. But the defendants counsel asked for time to prepare their argument, so the judge gave date for final hearing.
When I went on the said date with further preparation I found the defendents and their counsel absent which was un usual to me. As the case was called I stood up to argue further but to my surprise and shock THE JUDGE SAID TO ME THAT HE HAS PASSED THE ORDERS AND VACATED TO STAY ORDER. When i told him that it was listed for final hearing he was not ready to listen and was very rude.
It looked to me that that he was influenced by the opposite party either by bribe or sufarish.
I WANT TO KNOW THAT CAN I TAKE AN ACTION AGAINST THE JUDGE. CAN I WRITE TO THE CHIEF JUSTICE ABOUT WHAT HAD HAPPENED.
WHAT SHOULD I DO BECAUSE I AM SHOCKED BY THIS INCIDENT.
