WHICH IS BEST FORM OF REGISTRATION IN CASE OF FORMATION OF CRICKET CLUB AS ONE UNDER INDIAN SOCIETY ACT OR AS TRUST.

WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE MOST SUITABLE FORM OF ITS STATUS IN ORDER TO HAVE MINIMUM COMPLIANCE AND MORE BENEFITS TO RUN TO MEET ITS BASIC OBJECTS.

HENCE VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS NEEDED FROM ALL RESPECTIVE EXPERTS.

A society is most suitable form with minimal compliance and more benefits

Society is the better option.

Register it as society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. This type of organisation has less hassles from the authorities and at the same time it has several advantages of being treated as an organisations with common seal and perpetual succession.
