Execution of pronote

What are the possible essential ingredients for the execution of a valid pro-note?
In a instant case where the pro-note was executed by a deceased and the suit for recovery was filed against the legal heirs of the deceased. The Hon'ble Court of ACJ(SD) had given her opinion that passing of the consideration while executing a pro-note is purely immaterial. More over there was nothing on the record to show what property,the legal heirs have inherited from the deceased.Also there were difference in the statements with respect to the truth of passing of the consideration between the scribe and the plaintiff.

Caveat in supreme court

Hi,
We have been dragged to fight for cases in the lower court and High court of Hyderabad and we have been winning in both the courts. I have a doubt that the other party might also knock the doors of Supreme court, because they want to drag the case for a longer period of time. My question is to put a Caveat in the Supreme court what is the procedure;
1. Do I have to go to Delhi for the same?
2. Will it be possible to do the same online or something?
3. Will I have to appoint another Lawyer for that?
4. Can that be done from High Courts of Mumbai or Hyderabad also?
5. Or are there offices in Mumbai or Hyderabad to put the Caveat in the Supreme Court.

Kindly advise.

Can we keep a pet dog in my apartment? if so, is there is any indian law supporting this...

Our apartment hasnt been registered for the past 10 yrs and taken care by the same association leads. They want us to take away our dog from us. The reason they have is that our dog is urinating on the terrace. This incident accidently happened twice but we made sure of cleaning the place properly. There is byelaw created for the apartments. However people are asking us to remove the dog away from us. Our pet dog is chotu and he is like our small brother to us. We take care of him very well and have emotional attachment with him a lot. We just couldnt bear this thinking of sending him away. its been almost 2 yrs now when we brought him to home at his age of 25 days. Please advise on how to handle this situation without sending my dog away. I tried to convince the people but they are not just agreeing. Any suggestions?
