Respected Experts,
An agreement of sale was contained in five NJ stamps. There are four executants in total.
Out of them, two executants signed on all the pages but rest of them signed only on the first page of the agreement.
What is the binding nature of the said agreement against the persons who have not signed on all pages?
pls reply
Thanks in advance.

A Decree has been passed ex-parte against one pvt ltd co & one Partnership firm and 3 persons. Amongst then two r directors of Pvt Ltd Co & the third is neither a Partner nor a Director, in another State, in 2009. Now the Decree has come to local court for execution. What steps should be taken by the judgement debtors? Kindly guide.
Ia a partition suit, defendant produced certain documents. During the course of cross examination of the Plaintiff, the defendant wants to confront the documents filed by the defendants. My question whether the plaintiff can be confronted any of the documents produced on behalf of defendants in his cross examination by the defendant ? some of the rulings says that defendant's documents cannot be used to confront in cross examination of the plaintiff.

In lower court plaintiff challenged a 'will, the suit was decreed, and between the time of filing appeal, plaintiff/DH has made agreement to sell in lower price than market value, received whole consideration amount on condition, i.e. he will got registered the sale deed after completing the litigation or at the time of not imposing staying order, if suit fate was against him, whole consideration amount will be forfeited.
Now, question is, whether the said subsequent purchaser can be impleaded as party in the present first appeal? which is going on. please let me know, i will be highly obliged.

In his Will, my father has specifically bequeath the constructed portions ( front and rear) on a given plot to me and my brother ( front to my brother and rear portion to me). Since its an undivided property, the open area was not mentioned about in the Will. My brother is not interested in getting the Mutation done in our respective names and as a result I can't even get my portion reconstructed. Its an old property and needs massive repair and at present I am unable to maintain it. The said plot is still on leasehold in Delhi. I am tired of my brothers' antics and want to transfer/sell my rights to this property to someone else and lead a hassle free life. My question is:
a) Can I legally transfer/ sell my rights to this property through my late father's registered will to someone else without mutation in my name? ( By writing a will/ transfer deed/ Power of attorney in another person's name)
and
b)Do I need an NOC from my brother in order to sell it to someone else? I read somewhere that the Co-owner has the first right to buy. But I also read that since I was given this portion through registered will of my late father, hence it becomes my self acquired property and I have a right to dispose it off however I like, probably without needing my co-owner's consent.
I want to have a very clean deal. There are no civil matters pending in the court regarding this property and neither of us has contested the Will.

Co-op bank laws
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to know following IMP things:
1) Does a Co-op bank come under RTI act? If not, then where exactly should we ask for our queries related to the co-op bank under RTI act?
2) When a certain property is mortgaged by the co-op bank as collateral security at a certain tehsil office, isn't it a binding for the bank to make a release deed of the same property (after receiving full loan repayment) at the same tehsil office??
3) Can we complain about a co-op bank to the 'National Federation of State Co-operative Banks'for not abiding to the laws of releasing the mortgaged property even after receiving full loan repayment?? The bank in question is a co-op bank in the state of Maharashtra and it's denying the 'Release Deed' to be made at the same Tehsil office where it registered the 'Mortage Deed'of the same property for a security.Bank is saying that the release deed of the said property shall be done at the bank's head office place!(Which is a different city altogether than the one where the said property belongs and where the original mortgage deed was registered)
Awaiting for valuable feed back from the experts and thanking in anticipation!
Regards.
