Is there a time limit fot interim stay

IN A DEMOLITION CASE THE PARTY WHO HAS CONSTRUCTED THE ILLEGAL AND UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION OBTAINED A STAY ORDER AGAINST DEMOLITION BY THE MUNCIPAL CORPORATION IN THE COURT OF THE JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE BY HIDING THE FACT THAT THERE IS A W.P AND CONTEMPT CASE PENDING IN THE HIGH COURT AND WHICH WAS SUBSEQENTLY VACATED, THEN THE PARTY APPROACHED THE ADDL. CHIEF JUDGE AGAINST THE ORDERS OF THE JUNIOR CIVI JUDGE. THE ADDL. CHIEF JUDGE UPHELD THE JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE JUDGMENT AND THE CMA WAS DISMISSED AND THE STAY WAS VACATED.
THE PARTY THEN APPROACHED THE HIGH COURT IN A CRP CHALLENGING THE ORDERS OF THE CITY CIVIL COURTS AND AGAIN OBTAINED INTERIM STAY. THIS WAS IN JULY 2011. THE CRP IS STILL PENDING IN THE HIGH COURT.
MY QUESTION IS THERE ANY TIME LIMITATION FOR AN INTERIM STAY? THE PARTY WHO HAS BUILT THE ILLEGAL AND UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION BY ENCROACHING INTO THE BALCONY AREA OF THE DUPLEX HOUSE WHICH IS A PART OF THE OPEN TERRACE TO WHICH THEY DONT HAVE ANY RIGHTS AND THEIR SALE DEED ALSO DOES NOT COVER THAT SAID PORTION WHERE THEY HAVE CONSTRUCTED ARE ENJOYING THE PROPERTY BY MOVING FROM ONE COURT TO ANOTHER BY OBTAINING INTERIM STAY AGAINST DEMOLITION

Measurement of distance between school and residential block

A School in its forms says we would measure distance from School to 'Residential Blocks in an area', without reference to word 'gate' anywhere.

And now in court, it says, the measurement has to be done from Gate (school) to Gate (block) only but does not provide this in Written Statement but makes this statement orally in the court, to convince the Judge.

Though, all Blocks in nearby areas does not have walls/gates, so an equitable approach has to be taken, as per the Dept of Education notifications.

Any judgement in this regard would be appreciated, whereby distance can otherwise be measured because gates are not permanent but man-made.

Thanks in anticipation...

Ia

Hello,
I am a defendant in civil case. The plaintiff had filed IA. Court granted interim order and blocked my property from using it before hearing and without giving opportunity to hear from my side. It has been 2 years. The hearing was complete six months ago and come for ordering. The judge hasn’t delivered the judgment and continue to postpone. What are my options?

Thanks in advance for your help...

Power of attorney

I have given a General POA to my brother in law on 1985 to sell, mortgage, collect rent etc and which is still valid. I have gone to Dubai for work and my brother in law stayed in the property collected rent. Now when i applied for EC, I was shocked that in the June 2009 he had sold the property to his own son and registered a sale deed for an amount of 4000000, there was no amount given to me and this had happened without my consent. Shall i file a case to cancel the sale deed and get back my property. The worst thing in this is they had got plan approval from government and constructing the property shall i stop there work.

Please advice!
