Please suggest some good lawyer for consumer court case in north delhi against fraud coaching institute, 3 dates have already passed, required for remaining case. Nominal charges as i am student and case doesnot involve large amount.

Sir,
My wife to whom I already has posted Talqnama before 1 year. Filled a suit for RCR in Hon’ble court after one year of Talqnama was posted,
The lady was given an order by Hon’ble court which read as “The non-applicant is restrained till next date of hearing from solemnizing another marriage. Issue a notice to non-applicant for his appearance and filling of objections to this application.”
I filled objection,
My Query is
1) Both being Muslim can court constraint Muslim for going second marriage.
I got married they applied for Contempt of Court
Query
2) Is this contempt applicable to me?
AS when the case was in final stage of discussion . They have applied for transfer application in court early which was dismissed, as Hon’ble Judge was transferred in routine to some other court.
Query
3) Can they now again apply for transfer to some other judge as the case has come to the discussion stage again after a 1 year.

DEFENCE OF DEFENDENT STRUCK DUE TO NOT FILING OF W/S .CASE PUT TO EXPARTE EVIDENCE OF PLAINTIFF DUE TO ABSENCE OF DEFENDENT ON MANY DATES. DEFENDENT REQUESTED FOR SETTING ASIDE OF EXPARTE EVIDENCE.HIS REQUEST AGREED CASE FIXED FOR ASSESSMENT OF RENT DEFENDENT AGAIN DID NOT APPEAR FOR ASSESSMENTOF RENT. COURT AGAIN PUT THE CASE TO EXPARTE EVIDENCE OF PLAINTIFF.ON GIVEN DATE DEFENT WAS ABSENT AND PLAINTIFF EVIDENCE HELD. CASE POSTED FOR ARGUEMENTS. rent case is going on for non payment of rent.due to defendent absence and not filing w/s despite many chances given by court case was posted exparte evidence. evidence has been given by way of affidavit by plaintiff along with evidence by person who was witness to rent agreement.certified bank statement is also filed to show cheques given by tenant for rent in evidence.now case is fixed for arguement of plintiff. does it mean defendent will cross plaintiff and other person who has given evidence. after arguement what will be next stage of case.if judgement comes how arrears of rent will be recovered.

The execution court is only transferring the possession of the immovable property which the JD is holding . I have to pursue with the local authorities after the registry to make the title perfect.My query is will I be charged full registry duty since the title is not perfect.Specific performance was decreed by SC where JD stated that he has only possession not the title (patta ,lease deed etc,he got the land by UIT auction). Thanks in advance. Your advice will save me a lot in monitory terms.

in between husband wife some problem started and wife left her mother's home, wife filed police complaint alleging adultry (without any evidence or proof) subcequently husband filed divorce petition on the ground Cruelty thereafter wife’s mother filed a suit against husband that he (husband) is trying alienate his properties without settling any ting to his daughter and grand son and seek permanent injunction and interim injunction under O. 39 R. 1 & 2 R/W. sec 94 (e) of c.p. c.

Whether the suit is maintainable
Whether the suit is maintainable - can wife’s mother file a suit instead of wife (when the wife is available)
All the properties are not comes within the jurisdiction of court where the suit filed now

According to contract upon selling the 4000 books published book i.e., "The Spirit of Nature" the author get 25% royalty
The Book is published and the book is selling all India and over world. But the author not received a single praise from the publisher . The Book is printed in 3rd printing. Even though the author not received any thing while in E-mail correspondence the publisher saying there is no sales. But while we try through internet buying it comes no stock now we will supply soon.
Now i want clarification that how i can get money from the publisher
where i can file a civil case
how to i can make correspondence notices to the publisher
how can i succeed in this issue
