Sir, Please inform me of Citation found on the Internet is it right to quote the Number of citation and submit a copy of the same in a Case? Or from where can we get a copy of the citation needed to submit to the court. Does the copy of the Citation need to be stamped or attested by a Notary to confirm its a true copy?

I request Experts/Lawyer give solution to my query.
In the March 2009, I applied for central govt, LDC job. Let say this as JOB A. I got hall ticket for written test. I attended for written test also. Later JOB A authority cancelled written test for everyone.
In the Feb, 2010. I applied for another central govt, LDC job. Let say this as JOB B. After written, skill test and Personal interview, I got appointment letter and joined in JOB B, as LDC on Feb 9, 2011. They said probation is for 2 years.
In the March, 2012, once again I got hall ticket (same hall ticket number) for JOB A written test. Once again, I attended written test. I cleared written test, skill test and personal interview for JOB B, LDC. I got appointment letter also and need to join on 10 Mar 2013
JOB A is in Hyderabad, JOB B is in Vizag, which is my home town.
In JOB A, in the month of DEC, 2012, I got show cause notice mentioning, they will terminate me based of Rule 14 of CCS CCA Rules, 1965.
I am still in probation.
Now, can I resign JOB A straight away. If I put resignation, will they accept.
If they wont accept, will I have any problem in JOB B ?
Please help me. Please give some advice/suggestions.

We are three brothers and I am the youngest one.My father was the only son and had two unmarried sisters (My paternal aunts). My father and mother has expired. One of the paternal aunt passed away recently and the surviving aunt is staying with me. My aunts were joint owner of the flat they were staying in Nagpur and had bought from their own earnings. Even though the sale agreement copy mentions both the Aunt’s name as joint owners, the record in the City Survey Office mentions only the deceased Aunt’s name .The surviving aunt wants to give me her flat in Nagpur that she was staying in. In view of the above facts my queries are:
1.Since the surviving aunt is the joint owner of the flat, does she automatically become 100% owner of the flat after the demise of her sister?
2. If she is not the 100% owner of the flat then what is her share of the property that she can give me and who are the remaining successors?
3. Is it better to make a registered Will or should she make a gift deed
4. Incase of gift deed, should I pay stamp duty and registration charges for 100% of the property value or just for the portion that she is owner of and gifting me?
Respected Experts,
In my matter the Defendant committed breach of own undertaking given to the Hon'ble Court and then taken out Notice of Motion for rejection of my Plaint. On the coming hearing I have to file my reply to the said Notice of Motion but I want to file purgery application before the Hon'ble Court under Section 340 of the Cr.P.C.Kindly inform me:
