Respected sir,
I had a client(svr minerals) a partnership firm consisting of 3 partners.It is a registered firm.
Now the point is all the 3 partners retired and 3 new partners were admitted in the same day in to firm with the same name(svr minerals).
Does it amounts to reconstitution of firm or dissolution of firm and registration of new firm with same old name by new partners.

Dear All ,
in one of the summary suit(high court-mumbai) order wchich was in our favour was appeled by defendants.
and now the appeal is heard and it is also decided in our favour.
my query is
1) can appallent challange this order ?if yes where ?
2) what is the procedure to stop them to challage this order
3) what should be our course of action now to ensure that defendant follows the order

MY RFA IS PENDING IN DELHI HIGH COURT SINCE 1982 BUT AFTER THE JUDGEMENT OF SUPREME COURT FOUR YEARS BACK THAT THE RFA WOULD BE DECIDED WITHIN FORTHNIGHT TILL DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND THE RFA IS STILL PENDING IN THE HIGH COURT.WHAT SHOULD I DO?
AS PER YOUR SUGGESTION'S, MY RFA IS PENDING IN REGULAR MATTERS OF SENIOR CITIZEN FROM LAST FOUR YEARS AND ALREADY MOVED EARLY HEARING APPLICATION TWICE MENTIONING SC ORDER'S TWO YEARS BACK BUT TILL DATE NO EFFECT.

Dear sir,
My parents purchased a house 15 years before and we all are living in that house.the person who sold a house was a lawyer.he was expired 5 years before.
that sold person had 2 houses in the same place in that we purchased 1 of the house and they given that another house to his son.
* Question
> Now sold persons son is telling his father sold that property without his knowledge so this sale is not right.he is telling that house belongs to him.
> what i want to do ?
> is he having any rights ?

is the principal of res judicata applicable to the arbitration matter and if yes kindly refer me the citation of the apex court on the said issue.

dear sirs,
I have been a defaulter in credit cards in 3 banks due to my extreme financial crisis.I am also facing a case against me by DRT where recovery and attachment certificate has been issued as i was a personal guarantor in my companies loan.these all issues are between 2007-2009.In 2009 i got married.I wish to file bankruptcy to get rid of this all.will my wife be held liable for my pre marriage debts?can her assets be attached?she is a salaried person and as of now our house runs on her salary only.please tell me the easiest way to file bankruptcy

Respected sir,
I Need citation of the supreme court of india which suggest that "plaintiff shall not demand both remedies one u/s 6 of specific relief act for possession of the suit property on the allegation that the defendants dispossessed him from the suit property within 6 months prior to the date of the suit and second u/s 5 of specific relief act as an alternative relief for possession of the suit property on the basis of his title in one and same suit ."

dear sir,
i joined a company in 15 June 2012 and worked upto 8 september 2012, before joining this firm i was having a experience of one year as marketing engineer related to sales back ground. this company hire me for marketing stated that you have to work for technical marketing & look after of exhibition and marketing activity. but after joining they asking me to work on digital marketing like email & campaign. after joining i signed a bond for 2 year service. but they had not provide me any traning related to my work profile to add something in my profile in between the peroid form june -SEP. in september i resigned from the job as i was feeling that they want to make a tele caller rather than a marketing person they asking to work on digital marketing but not providing any training . after my regination letter they accepted my resignation . i left that job from that onwards. AFTER ONE MONTH OF MY RESIGNATION LETTER& ACCEPTANCE THEY SENT A LETTER FOR PROPER HAND OVER & RELIVING , FOR THAT ALSO I REPLY THAT SAY THAT I AM NOT IN THE CITY WHERE I WORKED WITH THIS COMPANY. SO I AM NOT ABLE TO COME AGIAN TO MUMBAI FORM DELHI. AND NOW THEY ARE SERVING A NOTICE TO ME FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT & ALSO PROCESSED THE CHECK THEY HAVE WITH THE BOND. BECAUSE OF IN SUFFICIENT AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT THAT CHECK GOT BOUNCED. I AM SIMPLE GUY DONT LIKE CHEAT PEPOLE . FROM A VERY POOR FAMILY.
