Christian marriage act and property rights

A christian male marries a hindu girl under christian marriage act and the wife continue to live as hindu even after marriage. Whether the christian religious law or hindu law of succession is applicable for partition of properties to the wife?

Hindu Law shall prevail in the given facts with the properties of wife as she is still Hindu.

As per as the given fact either Hindu marriage act or special marriage act shall prevail for partion of property.

Wife will be recognised by the religion of her husband and more over marriage was solemaized according to Christian law hence succession will be according to Indian succession act
