Exclusion from deed of gift

My father had inherited house property from my grandfather through Will.We are two brothers, me being the eldest.
Now, recently, he has transferred the said property to my younger brother, omitting me, through registered Deed of Gift.
My questions are :

1) Can my father do this, just because he wishes my brother to be the only owner of that property ?

2) What are the clauses under which he can exclude me from the property right, which originally belonged to my grandfather?

3)Can I contest to such act ? If yes, on which grounds ?

Thanks

Dear Mr. Makkad,

You are absolutly correct that as complaints were rejected by Panchkula and Mohali police, no FIR was registered. I have certified copies of the complaint and the closure reports procured thro' RTI, and will request Chandigarh police to initiate action under 182 cpc by providing the aquired documents. Please suggest if I need help of a lawyer to approach Chandigarh police or my own complaint is enough for police to take action? Normally, is police bound to take action in such matters or it is their discresion.
Your valuable advise has infused a lease of life and I resolve to do something for the Gen next and people like you contribute maxmimum and your effort is commendable. My heartiest thanks to you and other experts

--abusing by boss--

Dear Sir,
The Problem Relates To every Corporate .If Anyone Fears for Job, the What Would be the Self-Dignity of The Person.
To Gain Something , One Would Lose just a JOb, Which He/She Would get aGain.

I Believe There Abuse Should Be Highlighted To the Top Management and in Newspapers.
Or One Should Distribute Pamhplets by writing abuses so that no body Does in the FUTURE.
Abusing is done by Police Also. There Should be CCTNS like Something

Temporary injunction

Can the prayer clause in a interlocutory application for temporary injunction be same as prayer clause in a plaint for permanent injunction?
eg. Therefore it is prayed before this Honourable Court that it may be pleased to pass an interim order of temporary injunction against the respondent not to interrupt in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner till the disposal of the suit
Therefore it is prayed before this Honourable Court that it may be pleased to pass an decree and judgement of permanent injunction against the defendant not to interrupt in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the plaintiff permanently

Property based contract

Husband sold a property to the customer and took a small advance payment. Later however he realized that he has given away his property at a low price and so looks to bind away from the contract. He claims three things-
Property was of wife and so could not sell at first place
part consideration was only provided and so not binding
and that all terms of the contract were not decided and so it was not a binding contract
Can i get precedents or arguments in the favor of the husband. Thankyou
