Dear Sir,
The Problem Relates To every Corporate .If Anyone Fears for Job, the What Would be the Self-Dignity of The Person.
To Gain Something , One Would Lose just a JOb, Which He/She Would get aGain.

I Believe There Abuse Should Be Highlighted To the Top Management and in Newspapers.
Or One Should Distribute Pamhplets by writing abuses so that no body Does in the FUTURE.
Abusing is done by Police Also.There Should be CCTNS like Something

In private sector, the self dignity has no preference over the other factors so either leave the job or follow the dictate of boss.

Law can take its path if the aggrieved prefer to proceed against the culprit. Are they able to show the courage for this. Mostly everyone has to compromise with the
situation and due to this situation continues.
