I am CKV from Raipur thanks for your valuable suggestion to me (dated 10/6/13). sir i can some effort made to write a letter to Collector (in five time)for wrong land demarcation to my neighbour land and also send to all the document to the collector for necessary action before started my land enchroachment case. Thereafter i can send every month letter to the Collector but till date no action was taken for my letter.
Sir what document i can submitted to the collector to accept my appeal and accept the case if i can file the case for appeal two to three day later.
Sir please give correct step to solve the problem.

I have been living in a rented house for the past 20 years under an oral agreement. I am willing to buy the House for the present market value, but the owner is trying to sell the house to third parties for higher price. What is the remedy left to me under AP Laws

i have taken a shop on rent in the year 1999 of which effect the Leave & License agreement duly executed between me & Licensor for the period of 11 month. after expiration of 11 month i am in continue possession of said shop till date & paying monthly compensation. but now the Licensor force me to vacate the shop without any notice. what r the remedy available for me as i have settled the good business in said shop?

PANCHATI RAJ DEPARTMENT OF GOVERMENT OF RAJASTHAN, ISSUED A NOTIFICATION FOR RECRUITMENT OF ASST .PROGRAM MANAGER FOR THEIR PROJECT THRU DIRECT RECRUITMENT,AND APPLICANTS WERE REQUIRED TO DEPOSIT THE FEES TO THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT AS APPLICATION FEES FOR THE SAID JOB,THRU E-MITRA THATS GOVT. ONLINE PAYEMENT SYESTEM OF KIOSKS AT VARIOUS LACATIONS AND THEN APPLICANTS WERE GIVEN A TOKEN NO THAT THEY HAVE DEPOSITED THE FEES FOR APPLICATION AFTER THAT THEY WERE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE RELEVANT TOKEN NUMBER AND OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION WHILE APPLYING ONLIE FOR THE SAID POST, INCLUDING SCANNED COPIES OF MARKS SHEET SIGNATURES PHOTOGRAPH,ETC. CAN THIS BE DONE ! my mother living in Trichy. she bought agricultural land in her hometown nagoor on 1980. my grandfather was farming that land every year. In 1990 my grand father also passed away. After my Grandmother was farming that land. After my grandmother passed away on 2008. In mean time i and my brother went to malaysia. so i didn't see my mother land. After that my uncle son farming the land. He didn't give any money for his profit. we didn't ask him too.Because he is my relative and poor family. Last year 2012 i try to sale my land. That time he asked me to give share 3:1. Otherwise you can't sell.i told him i give you some money. he didn't accept. he don't have any proof for farming.i didn't put any aggreement to him.
I have all my landing document and tax receipt every year. I gave to complaint in local police station. But he suddenly put the civil case. He sent to me lawyer notice. In that notice he has mention 25 years farming that land. Now he is doing farming in my mother land.
My mother is 65 years old.
she is heart patient and she can't walk long. Now my friend said, If you go to the court you will get judgement above 10 years. Now i totaly upset. what will do. 1.How to stop his farming?.
2. can i start the farming?.
3. can i get power for that land?
because my mother can't go court or police station every time. If i get the power, can i handle government works legaly?
4. what is the court procedure for this case?

Sir I Can Purchase a land(4000 Sqr.fit) in 1977 and that time naksha and khasra and pramanikaran was completed my land and same time i can completed my boundary wall thereafter i can also completed my Cimankan of my land , Diversion of my land but after 36 year my neighbour land person was apply for cimankan of there land but patwari come in 15/5/2012 and they say that my land was not in correct position and your are in capture for other land 2847 sqr. fit land of other person. I object to patwari and also submitted the complain to tahsildar for i am already completed my cimankan and diversion of land but patwari submitted their report to tahsildar and my neighbout was come at tahsil office and submitte the case in this patwari report to tahsil court for encroachment of my land at rule -250 bhu adhiniyam.
Now start the case in tahsil office and i can submitted my all the document and my reply but case was hearing and my resposes was also noted in 21/5/2012 but that date not give the other hearing date and i can two to three time come tahsil office to give another hearing date but clerk not give the date thereafter office procedure continue and tahsildar was onesided action taken without my notice in 12/12/12 and case win the my neighbour.
In this win report tahsildar said that the if you complain in cimankan report of your neighbour you can go to higher court if you not refer the case in higher court than tahsil office decided the matter for your land not in correct position you encroachment the land. and same judgement given in SDM court also.
Sir Please give the correct step to solve my problem

What are precautions that to be taken in writing a 'UNREGISTERED FAMILY SETTLEMENT DEED'.So that in future there will be validity for UNREGISTERED FAMILY SETTLEMENT DEED in the Court?...A reply from you all is greatly appreciated.....
