My Name is J. Srinivas, i am a junior advocate. One of my Client has purchased 200 yards land in Gram Panchyat Hyderabad. In layout it is clearly showing that 20 feet road. My client plot no is 11, before that there was 14, 13, and 12 plots which starts from Main road. This 14, 13, and 12 plot owner has blocked that 20 feet road which is from main road and constructed Gate and kept wall. There was 10 feet narrow road which is from backside, which is part of the plot of my client property. Now i request you to please suggest, what i need to file and how to get demolished that Gate and Wall. So that my client can use that 20 feet road. Please suggest. That 14, 13, and 12 plot owner is single and he is head for that village. Now please suggest sir, we have asked him to remove that gate, he said u can use that narrow 10 feet road, which is the part of the plot and it is from back side. Please suggest. sir, one client came to me whose case is thus:
He purchased a vehicle known as "tata tempo"- (second hand) from the privet finance company in 2,60,000/- rupees. He paid 90,000/- rupees as a down payment. than he had to pay installments of 8,000/- rupees per month. out of which he paid around 1,50,000/- rupees to finance company by way of demand drafts, deposit in the bank or by courier. meanwhile he was unable to pay installments and certain installments were due so that finance company pulled a vehicle without giving him a notice and not a single rupees has been returned to my client till today. the only difficulty in the present case is that this is the incident of the year 2008. so lots of time has been lapsed. Now what i need to know is that weather finance company can pull a vehicle like this way? more ever my client can get back his rupees or not? because finance company has sold out the vehicle to third party and the original documents of the said vehicle are still in possession of my client so how can he transfer such vehicle. so i want to give the notice to him to return the payment which i have paid to finance company so which way i should follow? just guide me weather i can sue against him for the breach of contract?
Dear Sir,
As per http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boyfriend and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Girlfriend are companion involved in physical relation. Now if some unmarried boy/girl is accepting to have girlfriend/boyfriend and in relation. Can it be proven / said that the subject is loose character ? In judicial can wikipedia link act as a ground ?
In case of phone calls, if recording is not there, can it be used as the ground to prove something ? If conversation between A&B happened sometime, A/B is putting some allegation without recording on the ground of memory, and B/A refused same then how the court will take it and decide the matter ?
Thanks & Regards.

The Chief Executive post in an organisation fell vacant from July 2013.The next man in the seniority list was likely to be promoted for the post. But a junior to him filed a case in the high Court in june 2013 for revision of seniority which was fixed 20 years back with a view to stall promotion. As such, the Management has deferred the promotion till the disposed of the case. This case is filed at Principal bench Madras, whereas the juridictional court is Madurai bench.Seniors pl.guide.
A has entered into a lease agreement with B for commercial purpose for a term of 5 years at rent of 48000/- per annum. Such agreement was duly redistered before the District Registrar. Thereafter B started abusing of leased premises, installed heavy industrial equipment for which A, the landlord is suffering from the vibration and noise of the equipment as his dwelling house is the adjacnt land of the leased area. Just 3 months passed after execution of Agreement. But within the mean time, A requested B to relocate the said machine, therefater requested through Advocate's Notice but B didn't pay any heed rather B threatened A over telephone as there is no condition mentioned for this type of violation commenced by B.
What should be the procedure to terminate the Lease Agreement between A & B. And also to evict B from that premises what type of Suit (recovery of possession/deed cancellation/declaration and injunction/etc)may be filed by A?

Death of appellant in civil appeal before supreme court of india
Our uncle sold our land by forging signature and the High Court ruled in our favour in 2008. But he filed an appeal before the Supreme Court in Jan 2009, I am respondent number 2 before Supreme Court of India.Leave was granted and judgement stayed in 2010. The matter has not come again before Supreme Court. The sole Appellant in Supreme Court i.e. my uncle died in March 2013. His children and wife as not come on record as legal heirs before Supreme Court even after 1 year of his death. What to do next? Will the case be dismissed for legal heirs not come on record after 1 year? Is it better on our part to keep quiet so that the case be dismissed or bring it to the knowledge of court of my uncles death.
