Date of birth once entered cannot be altered was the one given by parents of minors

It has been a sorry state of affairs in India for a long time now that many parents create legal errors purposefully and escape punishment or reform in the hands of Law. For example , take the date of birth in school records falsified by parents . Minors can not object or go to court since not being worldly civilians to know the affairs of lawful conduct yet .
When minors 'as the majors' realize the falsity of the institution of parents , many of them will have left this World . The majored minors in later life could not solve the complications and simply will have to absorb the losses due to parental malpractices with or without the knowledge of Law & Legal implications . Either way , it is the parental wanton mischiefs that spoil the financial or otherwise future prospects of minors . Therefore, a new fundamental right of citizens should be created through the Constitution of India that every Indian can use the Right only once during his / her entire life to correct the mistakes of parents effecting the personal lives of grownup minors as the major independent citizens since parents were and are different citizens .
The parental system of being natural guardians of minors might have already led to criminalization of public life systems and so, needs to be done away with as early as possible .

Even if there is wrong date of birth in school and other records and if the affected person is having genuine proof of date of birth like hospital records/corporation/municipality/any one of these he could file a declaration suit in court and get it rectified.He should take some efforts for the proof instead of worrying about what had happened

It is really surprising to look into your comments on the parents. Mind it, no parent will wantonly harm the future of the child. First of all your language is to be refined. It will hurt many parents who toil their lives to bring the children up.

I think Mr. Malipedi Jagga Rao's observation should bring the author back to his senses. the author cannot throw such comments in general especially in a public portal. If he had faced problems, there are ways to rectify the issues, it is not that all the doors are closed permanently. I appreciate Mr. Rao's quick remarks reprimanding the author's work.
