Dear Sir,
As per http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boyfriend and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Girlfriend are companion involved in physical relation. Now if some unmarried boy/girl is accepting to have girlfriend/boyfriend and in relation. Can it be proven / said that the subject is loose character ? In judicial can wikipedia link act as a ground ?
In case of phone calls, if recording is not there, can it be used as the ground to prove something ? If conversation between A&B happened sometime, A/B is putting some allegation without recording on the ground of memory, and B/A refused same then how the court will take it and decide the matter ?

Dear Sir,
The point is only that , if someone accepting he/she is in relation, and having boyfriend/girlfriend, can it be interpreted that person is involved into physical relation or not ? How the judiciary define the boyfrind-girlfriend relation? wheather they assumed involved in sexual relation or not ?
Whats about the second question, kindly suggest for same as well ?

Better state the real problem, if you really have any. Experts should not be expected to hold tutorials for replying to academic queries. Further, the experts are also not authorised to explain on behalf of the judiciary, how that define the boyfriend-girlfriend relation.

Although you are trying to over smart us which I do not like yet I would say that there is no law of evidence in India that allows courts to presume that when there are boys and girls,as friends,the relation is necessarily SEXUAL.
