Hi, a civil suit related to the property has been filed against me in 2016 in High court...the fact that the other party was aware of the agreement of the same property way back in 2008 and didn't contest the same for so long, and they decided to file it in 2016, does this fall under law of limitation and what are the chances that the suit will not be entertained Awaiting your expert opinions.
P.S :. The agreement was signed in 2007 and the other party acknowledged it by writing a notice to developer to cancel the agreement or face legal action
..the agreement was acted upon (taken possession of the flat by us) in 2016. Is it still time barred???
Please clarify
Regards
Hemant

Dear Experts
Myself Deepak Kapoor resident of west patel nager, New Delhi . I am currently reside on first floor a 200 sq yd plot builder floor.
I purchased this floor in 2010 and my purchase agreement states that i have one parking in the plot.
Now the owner on ground floor has sold to another person who is creating problems for me to park my car.
The logic given by the new ground floor owner is that he has the right to park the car in front of his house inside the 200 sq yd plot.
I also showed him my purchase agreement where it is mentioned that the first floor owner shall get one parking inside the compound.
But the ground floor owner has got his lawyer into this and the ground floor owner has stated that since there is no specific amount spent or mentioned in the my purchase agreement the parking is at the discretion of the ground floor owner who has all rights to park his cars in front of his house in the compound.
When i explained him that it is common area the lawyer mentioned that it is common only for people to walk and enter not park their cars
Plz guide me if there is any guidelines in Indian law that can be of help to me.
Thanks
Deepak

Can I get stay order for agricultural land??
Witness abused the lawyer
In Civil case, my lawyer cross-examined the witness, who is from OP. While cross-examination, witness argues with the lawyer and called him Idiot. The lawyer immediate report the matter to civil Judge, the judge assures that he will mention this remarks in an order
The order still has not been uploaded.
My question is
1 If the judge does not mention in his order, then what action can be taken from my lawyer side against the witness?
2 If the judge mentions that witness called the lawyer an Idiot, then will it also brings to contempt of court? What are the other legal remedies available for a lawyer?
