Respected sir,
I am a permanent resident of Delhi, currently residing in Visakhapatnam andhra pradesh, I am doing my job in Visakhapatnam.
I am willing to pursue 3 year LLB course from andhra university, for that I have given state lawcet and also fulfill all the formalities to get admission as non local.
After doing registration for counseling my verification officer is not verifying my documents saying to pursue LLB from andhra pradesh you required your 10th and 12th would have been done from andhra pradesh even if you are filling non local category.
This seems not ok. I want to know it from you, is it a valid rule in andhra pradesh which clearly stated no outsider can pursue LLB from andhra pradesh.

my caste is SC/samagara
but in my education documents TC caste SC/adikarnataka how to correction
i have correct caste certificate
caste is carrect but sub caste is wrong
i already given application for sub caste carrection in school tc for headmaster but response
please help me sir/medam

I have recently passes CA final now i am a CA and also LLB (Hons) , after 3 years of CA articalship i have more 3 year of experience in Tax GST and other Corporate Law and handle 2 3 good appeal cases and NCLT is soon opening in my city and i want exposure in FEMA ,IBC and want to practise in HC & SC i want to know which firm i join where i can get exposure in these above mention area.

Hi expert, one of my friend was sharing the incident couple of days back that her son is studying in a renowned missionary school in Jamshedpur - Jharkhand. From last couple of months his class teacher is harassing mentally and few times physically. while parents try to put complaint to principle, they literally denied and take clear stand against the teacher. when the parents asked about CCTV footage they simply said its not working. Post that incident her son is facing such incidents more frequently. However parents are decided to take away his son immediately after exam, but they are clueless and very upset and looking for some legal guidance, how to go forward for some strict action should taken against the teacher , principle and school.

Hi, I am a mother of 3rd class kid, he is studying in Sunflower Public School in Aligarh. The principal in that school is very mean, she continuously harras him. She is humiliating many children and their parents, many parents complain about her bad behavior. Kindly sue her from her position. My kid cry every day. He is harassed this much that he became introvert continuously. Such kind of principals or any authority in the school should be suspended from their post. Kindly help me. I am very afraid off her. Please I need help. I am very sad and upset.

I have paid my full college free. No amount is remaining. After that college administrative officer is asking me to pay 7000 extra for my uniform, apron. But when I was joining college M.D told me, in your package all is included.later I have informed that officer about this .but they officer is asking me to pay the fee of 7000 extra. What i have to do for this ...? Kindly reply me ASAP

I have a issue in my 10th marksheet my name is NEERAJ UMESH KUSHWAHA which is perfectly fine bt they issue a LC with a name of NEERAJ UMESH KHUSHWAHA which has a H letter extra
N due to my ignorance i submitted in 11th standard that i didn't noticed that in 11 th result everything is fine but in pandemic we didn't get chance to write board paper and board form was filled by the authorities only when result came of i got the name NEERAJ UMESH KHUSHWAHA and in LC also .now want to correct it what should I do

My school is opening on sunday
My school is opening on Sunday. I live in hardoi and my school's name is St. James school. They're telling us that because the board exams are starting a little early (They are starting from 27th February) they have to do exams on Sunday because they won't have time to conduct the examination.
