My query is regarding intimation to customers after sale of the vehicle. Should we provide any intimation once we repossess the vehicle and sell it to recovery the money. Is there any RBI guidelines which provides timeline to intimate the customer post sale? Please share your thoughts.

I have initiated a cheque bounce case against a person who incidentally happens to be a practising lawyer in the same Court, where case is being filed.
In such event,can he(advocate}as an accused ,be objected by Complainant to not appear in Hon'ble court in this specific case proceedings in Advocate's dress?

Hello Expert,
We are owners of an existing flats of 9 and 4 shops in the main road, in chennai.
We r 4 owners living abroad and majority of owners interested in forming association but not interested in taking over any roles.
Can the foreign owners take any executive committee roles like president, secretary or treasurer.
Does all the members including committee has to sign the same form or a copy of members signed forms can be signed by foreign member and notarized, and can be submitted to inspector of societies?
The society registration portal doesn’t confirm whether MOA or Byelaws need to be printed in the non judiciary stamp paper.
Would be nice if some one answer the queries.

my friend was stand on the road with his bike a side at a time a government vehical bus over take to orther bus in the mean while the bus drive done an accident to my friend he was emergeny to take to the hospital
after two days we have given a complante to police station
police man ask the bike papers and my friend linsenc , we have given , but there is no use because my frine not paid incurence for bike last 4months.
ther is no income to my friend doctor advice that he have to take minimum 4 months bed rest back bone was damege
ther is no support from police man also
what shoud we can do, we cant effort money
after 1 week the bus driver was going his duty
please some one can we any suggest please

Sir,
1. I have submitted an RTI application under the RTI act 2005 under section 6(1) to The Public Information Officer, ADSP HQ, Tiruvallur District Police Office, Tiruvallur 602 001, whose name is G Hari Kumar under the Registered Post with Ack.Due.
2. ADSP HQ Tiruvallur District Police did not give the Information for more than 30 days.
3. I have submitted my appeal Petition under the RTI act 2005 under section 9(1).to the Superintendent of Police R Srinivasa Perumal.
4. R srinivasa Perumal appellant authority has returned my RTI appeal Petition by stating that his Office did not receive my RTI application sent to PIO, Tiruvallur District Police Office.
5. Wantonly & knowingly with malafide intention, the Appellant authority Tiruvallur Superintendent of Police R srinivasa Perumal lied 100% false Information that his Office did not receive my RTI application under section 6(1).
Proper suggestions are required from our Legal experts to proceed further.

Dear sir/ma'am,
I am living in a multistorey building where in every floor there are 5 flats mine on the 3rd floor D32 and in my series all the flats starting from D82 to D32 have water leaking problem from the wall of the common bathroom which comes in the master bedroom of our houses. The leakage is 24 by 7. It is been 6 months now without any remedy. My wooden wardrobe and wallpaper every thing spoiled. Even after complaining so many times no action taken by society committee ours is a cooperative society.
