Regarding age relaxation for govt jobs

Respected Sir/ Madam
I wouldn't like to know that what is criteria to get age relaxation for( applying for a new job)central government autonoumous jobs after working in a central govt autonomous institute for more than 6 years as permanant employee and relieved on technical resignation but currently working autonoumous institute not accepting technical resignation and I am working here from past 3 months

If the current employer is not recognizing the technical resignation approved by the previous employer you may seek clarification of the rules by which the present employer is governed which do not permit the technical resignation and if the reply is not satisfactory then you can obtain information about this rule through RTI act and decide to escalate the matter by filing a writ petition against the current employer seeking relief.

But.. Am I eligible to get age relaxation to apply new govt job as per previous institute's technical resignation benefits? Because I have worked in previous employer 3years regular and continuously (worked more than 6 years)

No age relaxation will be given in government jobs either state or central.

Technical resignation will not entitle you to get any age relaxation for a new job.
