अभी हाल में एक एक्सीडेंट हुआ था मेरे गांव में, एक व्यक्ति ने एक बुजुर्ग व्यक्ति को कुचलकर मार दिया और मौके से फरार हो गया, पुलिस ने गाड़ी को कब्जे में ले लिया था, अब पीड़ित परिवार के व्यक्ति ने एफआईआर दर्ज कराई है और उसमे गाड़ी ड्राइवर का नाम अज्ञात दर्ज कराया है जबकि उसे पता है की किसने एक्सीडेंट किया है , क्योंकि ड्राइवर गांव का ही व्यक्ति है । ये एक्सीडेंट दिन में हुआ था और सब ने देखा था, की गाड़ी कौन चला रहा था, ऐसा लग रहा है की इसमें पुलिस की कोई भूमिका है मामले को लेकर पुलिस ने दबाया है और मोटी रकम ली है । इस मामले में जांच और शिकायत कैसे की जा सकती है और पुलिस अधिकारी के खिलाफ भी कोई शिकायत की जा सकती है क्या ?, और पीड़ित के परिवार को इससे क्या फायदा हुआ होगा। कृपया बताए

You can collect the evidences and make a complaint against the said police with his higher police official.
If no action is taken then you can file a PIL before high court against the police for this fraudulent act and get the crime accused convicted

इस मामले में यदि मैं स्वयं के नाम से शिकायत करता हु तो मुझे जान का खतरा है , क्योंकि वो लोग दबंग व्यक्ति है, पुलिस भी उनसे मिली है है और कोई वीडियो नही है लेकिन लोगो ने देखा है , इस मामले में शिकायत कैसे कर सकता हूं

वाहन के पंजीकृत मालिक के खिलाफ MACT अदालत में मुआवजे के लिए मुकदमा दायर किया जा सकता है

FIR only records the first information as informed/received. Further particulars, as ascertained during investigation, would be incorporated in the final report.
Further, even if the driver's is unknown, MACT proceedings could be initiated against the Owner of the vehicle as well the insurer.

If you want relief and if you are rely serious about it then you may have to follow the due process of law.
