We are a group of engineers, want to float a charitable trust to serve the poor and needy.
As a chairman and Trustees can a person working in public sector undertaking is eligible or not. Please clarify, if there are any legal implications.

I am resident of state A currently living in statw B i have applied and GOT the caste certificate from. Hometown but i gave gave permanent and present both adress of home town.
Now i worried would it make any issue that i didn't gave tge address when i currently living. I didn't give cause i hadn't any document regarding that.
Or it will not make any issue as patwari verified the address by visit and granted the certificate by tehsildar

I am working in PSU bank. I have been transferred to Itanagar on january 2017 . It's being two year now.
My spouse is also working in a PSU bank. We got married last year only.She was posted in a different state.her transfer was due . I talked to my HR for transferring me to a different place where both of ours bank would be there.But I was not given any transfer. So my wife applied for spouse ground and after six months she finally came to my place. It's being 5 months now that we have been living together. My transfer was due after one year because I have not completed 3 years.yesterday I got a transfer letter from my HR.
I talked to my HR as well but they are not listening to my problem.My place is a tribal state and my spouse has never stayed alone in a place like this.
What do u suggest

Is divorced daughter eligible for family pension in Electricity Department (U.T.) Chandigarh?
My father who retired as Lineman from Electricity Department (U.T.) Chandigarh in July 2005 unfortunately expired on 11.03.2018. He was survived and being looked after by divorced daughter, as deceased wife pre-deceased him 2-1/2 years back. Divorced daughter has no other source of income to sustain her livelihood.
Please advise in the matter.

Dear sir I m resident of UP living in haryana from 2 yr i have applied for caste certificate from up they asked only address proff detail from UP i have gave a get the certificate.
I m just asking does it make any problem that i didn't gave other state present address. The authority said address is written only of permenet state that is up. Kindly guide

Dear Sir,
We have legal water connection against which we are getting bills also from nagar nigam but some neighbours has cut down our water connection because they didnt get connection from nagar nigam nor their name is registered.They have personally hire a labour and said that they are from nagar nigam and disconnected our water supply. And after disconnecting our legal connection they have taken illegal connection that too for their factory purpose . Please help to let us know where can we complain for immediate action as we are not getting water from last week.

Me and my lover got married last year we lead a happy life for 6 months after that we got to know that he was previously married. So we broke up in a police station again he called me and taken me from my home and after this we stayed for 6 months. One day he left me and gone. His parents came and beat me so I filed case under 420 section. He has taken my gold and some things of mine. I have filed case on january 11 2019.when will be the court calls us for hiring. What will be justice for me.please help me. I know I had the mistake but he ruined my life.
