Branch Office , Bhopal of PNB Housing Fin.Ltd.is not giving already prepared loan cheques(mentioned in registered sale deed of house) to seller of house , even 20 days after , receiving original registered sale deed of 28-1-19, original registered sale deed of March 2006 of adjoining house on same size of plot of same purchaser/borrower and mortgage deed of 30-1-19.The dealing official told to seller of the house , for the first time i.e.after registration of sale deed that the cheques will be given only after production of letter of Namantaran(नामान्तरण ) of whole leasehold plot by Leasor M.P.Housing Board in favour of the
purchaser/borrower.Namantaran process may take 2-3 months.
Is there any way for receiving cheques, as early as possible, before Namantaran alongwith interest @9.5% , being charged from borrower upto date of receipt of cheques.

When reading in law penalties
1.shall be punishable with imprisonment upto 3 years or with fine which may extend to 2 laksh rupees or both (in sec 65 of information technology act 2000)
2. Shall be punished with imprisonment either description for a term which may extend to 3 years and fine which may extend to ruppes 1 lakh( in sec 66c of information technology act 2000)
I want to understand what is "either description for term ''
What is the difference from 1 &2 1 is without that" either description for term ''

SIR I WANTED TO GET MUTATION OF A LEASED LAND WHICH WE , THE TRUST,HAVE GOT FROM THREE PRIVATE RAYAY ( OWNER) AS PER A NOTIFICATION FROM LR DEPT ON 2015. BUT THE CONCERNED BLLRO DENIES IT ON THE GROUND THAT AS PER 2ND PROVISO OF WBLR ACT A RAYAT CANNOT LEASE OUT HIS LAND ON THE GROUND OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES. PL CLARIFY THE MATTER AS PER WBLR ACT. PL PROVIDE YOUR MAIL ID SO THAT I CAN SEND ALL PAPERS.

Hello, I am mentioning my query,
In the previous salary structure, basic was nearby 80%. And after few years then have revised the basic as 40% of gross and no DA was shown in the salary, but I have not given any acceptance to the change of structure. I have resigned after few days.
Now, company is calculation gratuity on 40% basic only and no DA is added too. The matter is still on hold due to calculations as I am not giving acceptance to the calculated gratuity on new revised 40% basic.
Please suggest me that can I get gratuity on old salary structure? New salary structure also seem wrong as they have not shown DA too.
Please help, and suggest what can I do in this situation.

my father purchased a flat in may 2002, in 2006 we get to knew the said flat is illegal till date, the court case is filled against builder so later builder revised the plan and made our flat legal, however in 2012 the society is formed but society is not issuing share certificate and not giving us receipt for maintenance and asks to pay maintenance only by cash stating that its due to fact that we filed an court case against builder for legality of flat. what kind of action can be taken ? please help

I want to start a soap manufacturing factory. I want to know about the licenses needed before starting. Things I know about:
1. License from Drug Control and Environmental Regulations.
2. Trade License
3. Certificate from Pollution Control Board, if land is near residential area.
4. A License under MSME
5. A License under Food and Drugs Administration
6. A Layout Plan approved by the authorities.
7. Get the premises inspected.
8. License under shops and establishment act

Dear sir i have made my sc certificate from agra but when i received the certificate that in or home address whitener applied and then right address is written i asked about it then authority said its normal we did it to correct it and duly authorised the certificate they assured that its not a problem that certificate is having a unique id to chexk it is genuine. Sir is there issue as whitner applied in the certificate though i have used it in my admission and authority didnt ask about anything

Gap days between relieving and joining
I was working in central government as senior statistical officer i technically resigned on 29th sep 2017.after that there were 3 days holidays 30th sept dussehra 1 St Oct Sunday and on 2nd Oct Gandhi jayanti so I joined as pgt in Delhi govt on 3rd Oct .I have not been paid salary for these 3 days how these days will be included in my service
