Sir,
I wish to register a public charitable trust in Himachal Pradesh for the benefit of orphans, students of economically weaker sections of society and extend help for the marriage of girls belonging to economically poor families. I wish to start the trust with some financial donations only.
Please guide me the following:
1. Where from I can get the application forms for registration of trust.
2. What are the documents required to be attached alongwith the application form.
3. Address of the authority / charitable commissioner to whom application is to be submitted.
4. Format of Trust Deed
5. Should I have to apply for registration under Indian Trust Act, 1882 and HP State Act separately...???
6. other relevant details that may be useful for registration
7. Which HP Act will apply in this case
Please guide me thru a detailed e-mail to my mail ID.

Actually i was in uk but on 17/01/2010 british immigration depoted they blaim on me that on student visa i have worked more than 20 hrs per week. so when i was arrived at mumbai airport they filed sue against me regarding fraud. so after that i have apealed in uk i have won that now i want to go back to uk. so can court give me permission to go back uk? my case i still pending mumbai court. plese give me favorable reply soon

I COMPLETED AMIE DEGREE IN ELECTRONICS & COMM ENGG IN 2008.AFTER THAT I RECEIVED MY PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE,MARKS CARD & MEMBERSHIP IN THE INSTITUTION....AFTER THAT I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE INST THAT U FORGED THE SIGNATURE AND WE WILL EXPEL U FROM THE INSTITUTE.I REPLIED THEM THAT U TREATED THE NAME OF THE PROJECT GUIDE AS THE SIGNATURE BUT SIGNATURE OF THE PROJECT GUIDE IS MISSING....BUT STILL I GOT LETTER FROM THEM THAT WE WILL EXPEL U ON 25TH JUNE IN CHATTISGARH DURING THE ANNUAL MEETING...
SO I HAVE A FOLLOWING QUERIES;-
1.I GOT MARKS CARD,PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE & MEMBERSHIP SO CAN I ACT AGAINST THE INST.
2.ARE THEY GOING TO EXPEL ME THIS TIME EVEN AFTER GIVING DETAILED LETTER.OR R THEY IA A DOUBT THAT I CAN ACT AGAINST THEM
3.SUPPOSE IF THEY EXPELLED FROM THE INST MEANS CAN I FIGHT EASILY IN THE HIGH COURT RATHER THAN IN THE COUNCIL MEETING OF THE INSTITUTE.
4.ANY OTHER VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS ...

Sir,
What are the rights of a member of a society where one is a de-facto member? Can a society deprive an active regular paying member from some of its major benifits on any ground. Specially when the member dont subscribe to the reasons brought out by the society. And if a member desires to withdraw his membership, is he entitled to demamd his subscription with interest?

One time settelement was approved on 31.3.10 against loan of Rs.1500000/(which was taken on 1995) -but MSFC bank demands a interest on loan Rs 76 Lacs ???? Can bank demand this interest amount ??Please tell me RBI Rules/Circular About MSFC one time settelement case laws & please advise me on how to tackle this matter???

I come to know that as per building laws in Delhi multi story (ground +3, even DDA Constructed Flats ) building structure can not be changed without prier permission of Structure Designer of said building or A Team of IIT Delhi/IIT Rurkee engineers. Is it correct, if correct kindly provide me section and detail of law and any concern case if available. As I am residing at DDA Flat at II and floor and ground floor flat owner completely removed original structure of his flat without any legal permission from DDA/MCD and provisionally make his own structure for all above three flats, which is not durable.

OUR BLDG. ENTERED INTO REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH DEVELOPER IN THE YEAR 2005.MANY MEMBERS FELT THAT THE MG.COMMITTE COMMITED FRAUD. BUT TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT CHALLENGED THE AGREEMENT NOR CONSENT GIVEN BY MAJORITY MEMBERS. FEW MEMBERS HAVE LEFT THE SOCIETY BY ACCEPTING MONETARY COMPENSATION. FEW MEMBERS REGISTRERED INDIVIDUAL AGREEMENT WITH BUILDER.AT PRESENT OUR SOCIETY IS NOT FUNCTIONING. THERE IS NO MG.COMMITTEE. FEW MORE MEMBERS ARE WILING TO GO WITH DEVELOPER BY SIGINING THE AGREEMENT AND REGISTEREING . IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCES CAN THE MEMBERS DIRECTLY ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH BUILDER BYE PARTITE. NORMALLY FOR REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT MUST HAVE TRIPARTITE AGREEEMENT. ARE THERE ANY CASE LWS PERTAINING TO THIS EFFECT.
