Q: Whether Sec 18 of KSA can be applied if an agreement is partly executed outside India and partly executed within India?
Whether the word "only" used in the Section 18 of KSA would mean agreement shd be executed outside india by both the parties? or whether it would even be applicable if the agreement is partly executed in india and partly outside india?
Would appreciate if someone could guide on the procedure involved for stamping under Sec 18 [if applicable]

Sir, In my company i met a girl, she approached me and proposed me i first denied then later i also agreed , we got to know each other, she loved me lot, just in a month she took me the bed, she paid the money from her debit card and booked the room in the Hotel i have proofs for that, later we also got intimated several times, after few months when her old friend came to her, she started avoiding me and said she doesn't want to see me, i didn't know that time that she has found someone else and as we are in the same company and same office, and i was trying to carry the relationship so she has complained abut me to HR taking just a personal matter to her said that i took her phone for few minutes. now in front of her she has told that now she doesn't want to be in contact with me anymore. now she is telling all my friends and colleagues that i was after her and i used to harass her, torture her and she told them that i used to say to her i could not live without her. she is just defaming me. what should i do. she used me, cheated me and now she is just destroying me in all respects. she played with my mind , money, and now i am in trauma and feeling very suicidal ( i mean it , trust me). I am shattered and lost. what should i do.? please help me. i have proofs that she slept with me like she paid herself and took me to the hotel and all mails she wrote and messages she sent to me. what to do.

We have taken a term loan of Rs.2.40 crore for 60 months from nationalised bank for which along with capital and interest repayment amount is about rs. 8 lac monthly we have paid regularly for about 9 months now due to change in circumtances we have unable to pay this amount from last 2 months.
Please suggest me can we plan and ask bank to reduce the monthly payouts to rs.4 lacs and if bank does not agree what options we have as we are in service industry can we approach BIFR or any other agencies before the bank declare our account as NPA or go for securitication act.

My friend father job in railway department in Ahmedabad. When he joined this department he write his surname "X" but he has not know that after very long time (10 years) he know that his surname is worng actual his surname is "Y" and all government documents like :- PAN CARD, DRIVING LICENCE, RETION CARD, ELECTION CARD, BANK ACCOUNT STATMENT ETC.. IS "Y" surname so how can i change his surname in railway department.
Note:- Department is not ready for change his surname? He has ready to make a affidevit for that but department is not ready what can i do?

I have done LL.B 10 years ago. Thereafter, I engaged in different Job and now I want to practice Law. Currently I have taken cases of nears and dears without any fee. I have taken the membership of District Associations and State Bar Council. I want to grow up in this profession.Which way is the best option for growth i.e Independent Practice or Working under law firm
I only know that its very difficult to stabilise the practice as there are big tycoons in the market without links its not possible
I am pursuing CS and other diploma courses, whether its vise to contact the law firms directly?
Whether one should approach the law firm only against the advt in newspaper or in the court premises or directly irrespective of the need?
Generally, Law firm is run by powerful advocates whether there should be an agreement in writing for salary or verbal assurance is sufficient

Regulization of Land .....
Hello Hon'ble Experts
I am having an query of Revenue matter, District Collector has Re-granted a land of the applicant for not cultivating for some period, as the applicant was belonging to the Schedule Caste so he was given one chance and the land was re-alloted to him.
During this time the Hon'ble Collector has put some conditions eg. to cultivate the said land for one year personally, and after the one year to file an application to Regulize the Land. The order of District Collector was of 2006 and according to this he has to file an application to regularization in 2007.
Unfortunately the applicant till yet has not file any application for regularization of the said land, thou they are doing the cultivation on that particular land regularly.
But now when i decide to file an application to regulize the land in the name of applicant. I came to know from other Senior's of Land Revenue, that this Collector is going to Vacate the land for the breach of condition, as you have not file an application for regularization and it was compulsory stated in his order too.
So i am feared that as soon as i will file an application to reguliaze the said land, then Collector will not listen to the In-ordinary delay of four years and will reject my application and vacate the land in the name of state Government.
So what should i do to save the applicant, as they insist me to file an application and having a faith on me, what should i do ?
