We are having chemical unit in maharashtra and we have got jobwork done from a party in gujarat are we required to give form F to party.If so will this be issued by sales tax authority and can we get it for period F.Y 08-09.
will party also issue form F and what about thst material bought without processing is form F to be given for it also. Can we get details of form F on sales tax sight .

I hv a Plot in Co-operative housing society and i want to sell it..but the purchaser dont want membership in said society cause he was interested to develop a commercial complex on it..for that purpose he suggest me to applied the said society to cancellation of membership as well free hold the said plot..i applied to the society with same reason the society pass a resolution that the intended purchase not intrested to stay in society cause of that reason society grant the resingnation as well permission abt freehold the said plot.. but my main query is that is there any permission needed from assistant registrar for freehold a society plot..?

Dear Friends.........
We incorporate a new company with one of object “to take over the all assets and liabilities of a partnership firm and the said partnership firm shall stand dissolve on the date of incorporation of company.” The proposed company incorporated in month of May, 2011. The partnership firm is also a beneficial owner for some shares in one of our Group Company.
Now the query that:-
a. Is it possible firm could be dissolved on the date of incorporation of company who will take over all the assets and liabilities of partnership firm even if the shares held by firm in other company as beneficial holder is not transfer to some one else.
b. What are the compliance have to perform by company whose shares are acquired by partnership firm and is the company is also required to file form 22B under section 187( c).
Please provide your valuable suggestion.......

Dear Sir/s,
I had applied under RTI for some information from State Bank of India, due to rejection under section 8 (d) (e) & (j). I filed Ist appeal to their appellate authority. Again they rejected it u/s 8 (d) & (j).
I filed second appeal with CIC in Novemebr'10, the case may be listed in month or two for hearing.
Kindly guide me, what are the process of hearing with CIC under RTI?
Should I need to appoint a lawyer for it?
Kindly guide and advice me, My presence during hearing is importance and have any impact over the decision of CIC or the written submission which is filed at the time of appeal filling is sufficient for the case result.
Presently I am residing in Jaipur, should I need to attend hearing.
Kindly advise me.

I met one senior advocate while coming from patna to Delhi. He had given me address and telephone no but I lost. He was sr advocate of supreme court. He belongs to patna, Bihar. His daugter is district juge of MP, his son is also lawer practicing privately. He is old,short height and wheatish color.he lives in Delhi .He might be surname Rai, gupta ,obc category, definitely not general.(may be K K Rai) I have important work to discuss with him. If I failed to find out him, then I need suggesstions of some good lawer to care of the some legal issue of SECL (south eastern coalfields limited, govt of India)(Chattisgarh)

Dcr 33(7) redevolopment in mumbai
My resident building is under dilapidated catogory and the prapose owners fighting in court since 1999 and not willing to giv NOC for redevolopment.
Is there anyway between that we can with Joint venture with MAHADA and builder take advantage of 33(7) sceme,where praposed owner can not stop us from development.
