Membership under Societies Registration Act, 1860

I would like to know that whether Under the Societies Registration Act 1860, can a trust (formed under Bombay Public Trusts Act or Indian Trusts Act) or a society registered under Societies Registration Act, can become a member of the Society

If a person does not comply with the illegal order of the Court, does it amount to contempt of Court?

import contract from taiwan

We are importing some big machinery from Taiwan.
and in our contract the arbitration venue under arbitration clause is "Paris". Some one has suggested that the venue should be at Singapore
please tell where should the venue of arbitration be best for us in any international agreement. or it does not matter where ever it is?

Dear All,
Can any one of you let me know the name of the Hon'ble judge or Judges who debarred the senior Advocates in the Delhi High Court and the subordinate Courts?

jurisdiction of Bar Council

Recently, Delhi HC has debarred two Senior Advocates for appearing before it and its subordinate Courts for four months on the ground that they were acting against the administration of justice not becuase of misconduct.

Whether such action of the Judiciary is tantamount of intrusion to the jurisdiction of the State Bar Council/Bar Council of India.

Whether the expression "Human Rights" as inserted in clause (d) section 2 of the Protection of Human rights Act 1993, will include the unborn child in the mother's womb?
