CAN U PLZ REPLY ABOUT STARTING OF TWO FIRM AT ONE ADDRESS.
IF WE HAVE RENT DEED OR LEASE DEED.
IF WE HAVE RENT DEED THEN IN WHICH CONDITION WE CAN START TWO FIRM'S BUSINEES AT ONE ADDRESS.
ACN WE HAVE TO PASS THE RENT PAID ENTRY IN P&L A/C.
IF WE HAVE LEASE DEED THEN........SAME ABOVE

Is it legally permissible to deduct any amount from the employee by the company for the contribution to be made to any relief fund etc.

Someone change his First name through court by Affidavit, and then want to change the same in his PAN Card, but Income Tax want the Reason for changed name certified by gazetted officer.
can any one help me on this topic?
or some good reason that Department will accept easily..

We had taken apersonal loan of Rs 50thousands in 2001. After payments of EMIs till 3-2002 there is no further transaction.The A/c is NPA since 2004. No legal notices were served & no further documents signed since 4-2001.There is no property mortgauged.
The bank issued a letter by ordinary post in 08-2009 asking for a payment of 50,000 + int. There is no legal notice till now.
Pls let me know 1.wheather the case is time barred? & 2.Even if it is time barred can we pay the debt in installments spread over 2 years?

my marriage has been solemanized according to hindu lawin the year 2003 but after one and half year of our marriage i come to know h=my husband drinh=k very heavily and slowly he started torturing me mentally and physically this affected our married life .he is earing 30 thousand per month now i want divorce but he is not ready .we are living saperately since one and half year .i wan divorce with maitenance .we have only one daughter .plz suggest me

You adviced me as under
3. You can run the new college and can shift all self financing courses in the proposed new building in the name of girls college subject to properly handling the matter in the light of latest changes of rules and managing the things properly.
Please also advice me
Whether I have to take recognition & affiliation again from from all relevant authorities including Deptt. of Higher Education, UGC, University etc.

Our Society is a 128 Member society without conveyance. We had a managing committee elections held in our society, where in nine members were elected to the society office, after taking charge they appointed a Secretary and in two months time the Secretary resigned from his post there by facilitating another person as a secretary.However in Dec. 2008 six people from the committee resigned including the Secretary, Chairman and Treasurer resigned from the committee. The remaining three called an SGM and co-opted 6other members into the committee and appointed new chairman, secretary and treasurer and joint secretary. Now in the AGM HELD ON aUG.9th 2009, when it was time to present the I&P and Balance Sheet audited report the present committee refused to sign the Audited INCOME AND EXPENDITURE AND Balance Sheet for the year 2008-2009. However in the AGM the ex-committee took all responsiblity of the expenses and income during their tenure but declined to sign the Audited Statements as they were not the office bearers at present.And the General Body directed the present committee to sign the Audited reports.
As there are still discussion's going on in the society regards this issue, kindly guide if we have followed the correct procedure and who's responsiblity will it be correct legally.

Please tell me the name of Universities who is conducting LLM course and the date of admission and also the site of Universities, Urgently.
