i am a graduate in commrce and currently doing job in private company in legal section. i want to study law, but i am confused that which option is better whether llb regular or MBL correspondence.which course will give me more value in my job . i will do job not practice.

एक जनरल पॉवर १९९७ मैं लिखी गई , ब हमें पता चला है की पॉवर देने वाले तीन मैं से एक इंडिया से बहार रहेता है शायद पॉवर देते वक़्त वो इंडिया मैं नहीं था उसकी जगह किसी दुसरे को पेश कर पॉवर ली गई अब हम किस प्रकार पता कर सकते हैं की वह उस समय इंडिया में था या अब्रोअद था ?
दूसरा प्रश्न यह है की पॉवर देने वाले की दो बहनों ने पॉवर नहीं दी यह प्रोपर्टी एन्सस्त्रल नहीं है , तो क्या पॉवर को वोइड घोषित कराया जा सकता है ? पॉवर लेने वाले ने पॉवर के आधार पर जब अपील की तो दोनों बहनों के हमारे साथ रेस्पोंदेंत बना दिया !

After death of a person his wife and two sons give power of attorney in a property case to one in 1997. Now we came to know that one of the son is living abroad and it might be possible that at the time of power he was not in India. Another person was produced on his name and power was executed.
Now the question is - How can I get the record of the person that whether he was abroad or he was in India ?
Second question is - Two daughters are also alive, who did't give the power and in the second appeal in High Court the sisters were placed in the place of respondents, with me, by the power holder. Can the power be declared illegal? The property in question is not ancestral.

WE BELONGS TO OBC (SONI) CATEGORY IN RAJASTHAN. MY FATHER AND DAUGHTER GOT OBC CERTIFICATE ABOUT 3 YEARS BEFORE. WHEN I WENT TO APPLY FOR THE SAME THEY "TEHSILDAR" REFUSED WITHOUT ANY REASON. WHAT I SHALL DO.
FURTHER PLEASE INFORM WETHER MY WIFE CAN GET SAME OBC CERTIFICATE. HER FATHER ALSO FROM SAME CAST(SONI) FROM GUJARAT WHERE SONI CAST IS NOT IN OBC CATEGORY AND THE RELATED AUTHORITY WILL NOT ISSUE SUCH CERTIFICATE. PLEASE INFORM WHAT TO DO.

We started our manufacuring activity during FY 2008-08 and availed exemption of Rs. 1.50 crores. This year also we are availing exemption. We may cross exemption limits in the next year i.e, 2010-11 or 2011-12. But we bought some capital goods during 2008-09 and 2009-10 also. Can we avail cenvat credit on capital goods after we cross exemption limits or is there any time limit to avail?
Is it necessary that we have to show these capital goods particulars in our quarterly returns when we are availing exemtpion.
Kindly clarify on the above at the earliest
