is business transfer agreement in between same company need to be registered. it was merger in between the company . so is it necessary to registered this agreement . what option i have if i had not registered it .

Hi,
I am Ranjeet Singh from faridabad. One of my friend ask me to get him a computer hardware engineer as he was facing problem with his computer monitor. I recommeneded him my one contact person. Now after three days the computer tecnician get his monitor back to his house and alas the monitor was not showing even this display, Now he has made the monitor from bad (blurry image) to worse(no display at all).
Now I want to file law suite against him and need earnest suggestion from EXDPERT GROUP under which act and section I can file his complaint to District Consumer Despute Redressal Commission or State consumer Commission (haryana).

I am a parner in a partnership firm but in the begining of our partnership my other two partner's malafidely not added my name in the partnership deed they distribute all profits in four equal ratios and 25% each for 3 partners and 25% remaining always kept in bank. but after 3 years of partnership they refused to give my profit share saying that you are not our partner and your name is also not present on the parnership deed, what should i do now.

Some people from car finance company came to our house to enquire about my sister. she is married and had car. they are taking advantage of relation and making scane. they are coming to my house in 10 t o 12 numbers and making scene every time. what should i do.
