PWD B& R is charging lease money from petrol pumps in Haryana on account of use of (BURM)kacchi land adjoining to highways,i want to know under which rule/act/notification/provision they are charging this amount.kindly enlighten me,thanx

IS THERE ANY JUDGEMENT OR RULING IN FAVOUR OF THE LENDOR/FINANCIER/LEGAL OWNER TO GET BACK THE VEHICLE(LORRY) UNDER HYPOTHICATION FROM THE COURT WHILE THE RC OWNER IS OBJECTING TO IT AND ALSO CLAIMING TO GET THE VEHICLE(LORRY). THE CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE POLICE. THE LORRY HAS BEEN SEIZED BY THE POLICE FROM THE CUSTODY OF THE FINANCIER WHICH WAS LEGALLY REPOSSESSED DUE TO DEFAULT IN THE PAYMENT OF DUES BY THE HIRER/RC OWNER. THE RC OWNER HAD GIVEN A COMPLAINT UNDER 420 IPC AGAINST THE RE-POSSESSION OF THE LORRY BY THE LENDOR/LEGAL OWNER/FINANCIER.

TRUST REGISTERED UNDER SOCITIES ACT 1860 AND BPT ACT 1950 PURCASED LAND OF 78 ACRES IN THE NAME OF THE TRUST BY PAYMENT THROUGH THEIR PERSONEL ACCOUNTS BY THE WAY OF REGISTERED SALE DEED.
LATER IT IS FOUND THAT THERE IS A CLARICAL MISTAKE WITH CLARICAL MISTAKE BY WAY OF RAGISTERED SALE DEED THOUGH TRUSTY WANT TO BUY ONLY 50 ACRES BY THE NAME OF TRUST. AFTER SIX MONTHS THEY MADE THE CORRECTION IN SALE DEED BY WAY OF REGISTRY IN WHICH 50 ACRE LAND WAS IN THE NAME OF THE TRUST AND REMAINING LAND IN THE NAME OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE TRUST BUT BEFORE EXECUTION OF CORRECTION DEED CHANGE REPORT OF 78 ACRES WAS FILED BEFORE HON'BLE ACC. NOW ANOTHER CHANGE REPORT OF 50 ACRES ALSO FILED AND PRAYED TO CHARITY COMISSIONER TO CLOSE THE CR OF 78 ACRES OF LAND AND ALLOW THE CR OF 50 ACRES OF LAND BY THE NAME OF THE TRUST .WHICH CR MAY ACCEPTED? WHY ? IN ORDER TO ACCEPTANCE OF LATER CR ANY EXPERT HAVING CYTATION ,PLEASE GIVE ME THE DETAILS.

Dear Sirs,
I am a non-agriculturist having Rs.2.5 Lakhs income Per annum from pension, interest and business and I reside in Chikodi a taulka place in Karnataka.I am also a Income Tax payee/assessee from the past 20 years.
Kindly highlight me whether can I purchase an agricultural land in my place legally? If yes please furnish me the present provisions and oblige.

I filed a consumer complaint in distt consumer forum which was allowed & hon'ble forum ordered as "insurance company is liable to pay legaly payable amount to complaint after verifying bills etc.But company paid an amount of Rs. 32000/ which was assess as net loss by surveyor-whereas bills were submitted of Rs. 75000/-.company never verified bills and straight way paid a lesser amount as assessed by surveyor.i received this amount under protest & Now i want to challenge it,how i can challenge it,under section 27 of consumer act or i have to file a new complaint..kindly enlighten me,thanx
