EP in consumer court cases

EP has been passed against expartee .
I own a furniture showrroom and their was a complaint that i provided a faulty dinning. NOw I received the article back after one year and the article is completely damaged. How do i get relief, are there any chances that the EP can be revised before the same court( district court in my case). Is there a provision in the law to modify or dismiss the EP if I prove it in the court. If I file an objection , what could be the possible relief in my favour.

How to serve cheque bounce notice to the runaway borrower ?

How to serve a notice of cheque bouncing in Delhi/India to the borrowers who has left his address?
I lent Rs. 70000/- to one of my friends two months back,he issued me a cheque of the same amount as a guarantee, now suddenly he has run away with his family.I wanna start a case of cheque bouncing against him.How I will serve him the notice and start this case ? We have copy of his Voter Card declaring his old address from where he has run away. Can we send the notice to that address and Will the court consider the notice served even if it will be reported that the borrower has left that premises? Is not it a duty of the borrower to furnish his new whereabouts to me,absence of which should he not be considered a defaulter itself and declared a fugitive?

transfer of shares under the companies Act

a shareholder transfer the shares by execution of tranfer deed which is also signed by the transferee. The tranferor also expresses his intention that he relinquishes the rights attached with the shares when he executed the instrument of transfer. But the transferee fails to carry out the legal procedural formalities like getting those registered etc., Now the transferor says the moment i executed the share transfer deed and also express the intention of relinquishing all the rights attached to the shares, my duty is absolved and i cannot be held responsible for any of the procedural lapse on the part of the tranferee. is the stand of the transferor hold good as per the company law?
